The main phone line was not working. We tried to call several times to ask about the direction but no answer until we call the fax line number. When we arrived they asked for our ID cards but the forgot to return them until we asked them. The One Bed Room Villa that we booked through Agoda was not Airconditioned although in agoda website it was said airconditioned. The manager did not settled this matter and even not come to meet us on the next day.
