Staff, very helpful and friendly Golf caddy that brings you into the center of town is very convenient. Bedrooms are lovely.

Breakfast is a bit of a letdown.

We were overall very satisfied with our stay at Villa Seminyak Estate and spa hotel. The bedrooms by the pool are lovely and very different to anywhere else I have stayed.The staff were very helpful. We first thought the location was a little out of the way from the centre of the town however they have a shuttle service that drops you in whenever you need it which was very convenient. The only letdown was the breakfast which i thought was not very impressive. All in all we enjoyed our stay in the hotel.It was slightly expensive for what you were getting compared to other establishments in the area. However I thought it was definatly a good option for a shortstay in Seminyak.

Shopping Tip : There are loads of lovelt boutique shops around the area that have lovely stuff in them, its definatly a good place to shop.

The Villa has a very Tropical and Balinese "feels". Privacy is guaranteed and the access to the swimming pool directly from the villa is a good touch.

Bathroom could be improved, as well as cleanliness. And the taste of food as well.

Overall a nice villa with a very strong tropical feels and the design ensures privacy. Access from main roads is not the best, but the friendly staffs make this a non-issue with their ever readiness to help find taxis and dropping you off to the main road with the hotel shuttle facilities. Foods are not the best, however they can serve your breakfast in your villa which is perfect for a lazy holiday trip.

Safe, secure, friendly, great private plunge pool/day spa.

it is difficult with hotels to upkeep in bali, villa seminyak, is definately 4 stars, but good value for money, basic breakfast.

Central Seminyak Hotel, enjoyable stay, free upgrade to Deluxe Villa, free 2x1hr massage in day spa, great plunge pool, villa clean, safe, breakfast basic but filling, friendly staff, secure complex. I recommend staying in this villa, would be particularly good if you had 2 couples and went in an executive suite. Will we return again.

Travel tip : Always catch bali taxi, has blue bird on screen -20,000 rup from Kuta - Villa. Always use bottled water to clean teeth, hydrate.
