very comfortable, frendly staff, conveneint, Free wifi is provided, buggy services is provided to shuttle us to jln seminyak. For taxi, you may tell the front desk. it is very convenient and fast.

Furniture are quite old. TV not very clear and have limited channel. Air cond is leaking and not cold enough. Hot water supply, if you finished the hot water then you have to wait another 40 mins for the hot water to refill. There is a big lizard on the roof top that is very annoying. it started to made noice consistently when u sleep, not it is very loud, like alarm clock! The bath tub is not properly clean, that is why i dun dare to soak.

we stay at the lagoon villa. the overall concept and ambience of the hotel is very nice. For short stay, it is very romantic for couple. you can jump down the pool just by opening the door.

Travel tip : warong made's food is nice. lot of stuff to buy along jln seminyak, but please bargain or at least compare price.

good price private pool helpful staff

nothing serious villa not walkable from main street

stayed here on our last nite of our 4D3N bali holiday as wife wanted to hv a villa experience. overall e villa was up to our standard - beautiful, clean n nice private pool. the only drawback is the location is best accessed by taxi to e main entrance. there is act a shortcut to seminyak street but tis is not recommended as it is very easy to get lost aft dark. we din hv much issues w our stay n staff are quite friendly. this villa is for you if u wan to b near Kuta (taxi fare Rp15,000) and a quiet peaceful retreat.

Hotel Feature Tip : the villa suites came w cooking facilities.

Location, ambience, breakfast, friendly staff

Air conditioning

Only had a one night stay in Villa Seminyak Estate & Spa Hotel before travelling to Ubud for a night. Basically the villa is satisfying. Location is great as it is close to the main road. Nice ambience. My partner and I enjoyed the breakfast. A variety of food selection. The only down side that I found about the villa is the air conditioning which require service or might not be sufficient to cool down the whole room which is quite big.

Restaurant Tip : Try Warung Made which is within walking distance. Great choice for local food.

swimming pool location (alright road was a bit bumpy but not too bad) friendly staff great for families

road way but this is outside of hotel's control

First time used Agoda booking service - very easy and safe. No problem on arrival. Villa was great with own private pool, friendly staff and a good location - just had to walk about 400m and on the main street of Seminyak. Bit further walk to the beach (about 10-15mins) but caught taxis most of the time anyway (about 30000Rp to beach and Kuta or about A$3.50 one way). Main road along Seminyak needs alot of work. Breakfast was included in price and not too bad particularly the fruit and juices although we only stayed there for 4 days and started getting a little sick of the limited menu. Didn't eat the restaurant as it was cheaper and better range outside. Would highly recommend the villa to all family groups or if you want to simply escape the madness of Kuta. Will be returning at some stage.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Absolutely recommend the bike ride - highlight of our trip including children (ages 12 and 14) and despite going to Waterbom Park. Bike trip was from the top of the extinct volcanoe through quite back streets and real Balinese villages. All downhill as well.

great location, large garden/pool areas

bathrooms & kitchen could do with a revamp & with being a bit cleaner

We stayed here for a week recently was would definitely recommend this property. We stayed in a Deluxe 2 bedroom Pool Villa. The villa had a large garden with a good size pool with plenty of area to sunbake around it. We also had a kitchenette with a large fridge, which was great as the villas are just near the Bintang Supermarket, so we'd stock up of groceries & snacks. The villas are in a great location, rights near good shopping & restaurants. My only complaint is that the kitchen & bathrooms were pretty old & grubby - could definitely do with a makeover! That said, we'd definitely stay here again.

Shopping Tip : Stock up on groceries at the Bintang Supermarket

Great staff

location

We styed for just one night the Seminyak villas. IT is quite a large complex and set a fair way form the beach. You really need a moped to get around - reception organised one for me very cheaply - riding in Bali is interesting! The staff were superb but there were limited facilities on site and you really needed to go out at night o get any choice in food and drink. Not all taxis knew where it was so good to try and remember yourself. THe room was clean but basic - A lot of mossies compared to other places we stayed in the area

Fancy opening the door of the room and diving into an endless, quiet and clean swimming-pool... that's what the villas are like. With two canopied beds on the first floor, overlooking the room, and a kitchenette for a nice hot or chilly drink...

Can't remember any...

Welcome drink on arrival, complimentary room upgrade as we were honeymooners, staff were all very friendly, breakfast was nice

Location is a bit off the beaten track, down a few dirt side streets and the taxi driver had a bit of difficulty finding the place.

We only stayed 2 nights at Villa Seminyak Estate and Spa Hotel but we were very impressed with the accomodation and service at this hotel. We arrived late at night and were told that the hotel was fully booked so they had upgraded us from a Lagoon villa to a Honeymoon villa. The villa was beautiful and topped off the last 2 nights of our honeymoon perfectly. We liked that they served us a welcome drink upon arrival and also helped us book a restaurant we wanted to go to during out brief stay. The only small complaint is the location of the hotel.

of course the mozzies were annoying but we understood the situation and the hotel did all they could by spraying and burning coils for us

the staff was very kind to allow my friends to visit and swim around. everyone was so friendly and smiling, we feel very much warm and welcomed. there is no fakeness. everyone was genuine! i am recommending your villa to a few friends and most are interested to come and visit!

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : shuttle bus to double 6 was a fantastic idea! perhaps you could cater a shuttle bus to kuta square for the guests in the near future as well?

Your own swimming pool. Breakfast was very tasty and a big selection. Rooms cleaned daily from very nice people.

Televsion stes could have been more modern.

When we arrived at the Hotel, we were meet by very friendly staff who were all very well spoken. The entery to the reception was clean and a drink was given to all of us on arrival. We were taken to our villa and our baggae was carried to the rooms. On our depature, our flihgt was not untill 12.00am We were a late check out from our villa and our lugguge was left at the reception untill 7.30pm, when we came back to the Hotel and given another room for two hours so we all could have a shower, change our clothes and generally get fresh before our late flight.

Location of the hotel is a plus as it's convenient going out for shopping or for meals since there's a shuttle that brings the guest out to the mainroad.

There's no cupboards in the Lagoon Villa which is something that should have been there as it's rather inconvenient to live off the luggage if you staying for a week or more. Only thing available is a hanging rod with limited hangers.

The overall experience staying at Villa Seminyak have been wonderful. Although it lacks some basic necessities in the Lagoon Villa, what makes it interesting is that you can just literally open up the door and jump straight right into the lagoon. How cool is that? Perhaps the breakfast selection could have been improved as any guests that is staying in the Villa for a longer period will soon get tired of eating the same breakfast everyday. Nevertheless it's a place that I'll recommend to my friends and will definitely be back. The hotel staff and service is great and keeping with it's Balinese tradition of their friendliness.Keep up the good work to all the staff.

Quiet atmosphere. Spa in Villa is excellent but a little expensive.

We stayed at Lagoon Villa. Access to the pool is convenient. However, the bath tub in our villa is terrible, old marks all over the tub and very deep, we have to climb up and down. Actually, it is not a bath tub, it build with cement and tiles which is not very nice.

The villa is not known by the taxi driver. Several drivers cannot find the villa. It is close to the beach, villa provide free shuttle only 3 times daily and do not provide return. walking distance is 20 minutes. Buffet Breakfast is okay, nothing exciting. Very small restaurant, you may not find a seat and need to go downstair lobby area.

Good location, far from the beach but close to shopping street (the hotel workers showed us a shortcut). Rooms were clean. Service was good. Our private pool was good size and very clean.

Slightly difficult to find (but not terrible). Our villa was very far from the check-in counter (15-20 walk). They had a little golf-cart to bring us there and back but we felt bad asking for it every single time. Our villa was clean but the sofa had stains on it and the decor was extremely plain. Given the open plan of the villa, we shared our space with lots of critters, i.e. mosquitos, bugs, and lots of lizards. Our room had no hot water initially, but maintenance came right away (after we called them) and fixed it.

We have never stayed in any other places in Seminyak so we don't have anything to compare it to. But as noted earlier, everything was just good, nothing great. The villa itself was clean, but very plain and simple. After staying in the grandiose hotel "The Mansion" in Ubud, we were disappointed to stay here. They service was good but not spectacular, nothing to complain about but they just didn't go out of their way. I am actually turned off from the idea of a villa now, next time I would probably just stay at a hotel.

Shopping Tip : If you take the back way the villas are very close to the main shopping street.

Staff, very helpful and friendly Golf caddy that brings you into the center of town is very convenient. Bedrooms are lovely.

Breakfast is a bit of a letdown.

We were overall very satisfied with our stay at Villa Seminyak Estate and spa hotel. The bedrooms by the pool are lovely and very different to anywhere else I have stayed. The staff were very helpful. We first thought the location was a little out of the way from the centre of the town however they have a shuttle service that drops you in whenever you need it which was very convenient. The only letdown was the breakfast which i thought was not very impressive. All in all we enjoyed our stay in the hotel. It was slightly expensive for what you were getting compared to other establishments in the area. However I thought it was definatly a good option for a shortstay in Seminyak.

Shopping Tip : There are loads of lovelt boutique shops around the area that have lovely stuff in them, its definatly a good place to shop.
