Clean and very friendly and helpful staff The hotel was very clean and not too far from the airport. The discovery mall and few roadside treats were walking distance from the hotel. Staff helped me have a great holiday by helping me choose packages for water sport activities. It was a great time. Must go to Jimbaran..amazing sea food available not to mention the beachside ambience.

Friendly staff, excellent facilities Unfortunately, as we were delayed at the airport we did not have the transfer to the Hotel we were expecting, and had to get a cab. We were very pleased with our stay at the Vera Bali.The Hotel was excellent, the staff were always very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and the facilities were good.We found the location to be ideal and as we intend to visit Bali again and will certainly stay at the Vera Bali Hotel again

Quiet location, clean & friendly.
Nice pool area.
Nice room with good ammentities.
Complimetarty shuttle service into Kuta square. Just a bit further out of Kuta than other hotels. The hotel was very clean and the staff were very polite and helpful. The room was a good size for two people with a nice little balcony that overlooked the pool area.
The hotel is a 15 minute walk down to Kuta square so there are maybe other hotels of the same standard but closer to the shops, bars, restaraunts etc. Having said that the hotel does provide a complimetary shuttle service into Kuta at your request.
I would definately consider staying there again.

2.car's hotel service send me to airport and downtown I stayed at kuta just one night ,Location it's good, the hotel is near airport and downtown ,and have a car's hotel service send me to airport and downtown. Room in hotel that's OK and very clean but i think it's expensive. Breakfast of hotel is very nice and good service from staff's hotel

Nice, beautiful boutique hotel.
Breakfast included and complimentary airport transfers.
Friendly and helpful staffs. Walls of the rooms.
View from my room (room 408). Nice, quaint boutique hotel located very near to the airport and Kuta area. The breakfast is pretty standard and good, complimentary transfers to and from airport is much appreciated. On the other side, walls of the room is rather thin, noise outside can be quite audible (and vice versa!), the view from my room was obstructed/not too nice although other rooms would fare better.

very nice hotel room, clean and exclusive, with balcony direct view to the swimming pool . the staff are warm and helpful this hotel is definitely worth 4 stars, at least for the room itself. the bed is comfortable , the tv channel have at least 50 channels. the distance from Kuta town is about 20 minutes walking distance, but can have free ride using hotel shuttle service. Very quite place, not disturbed by the busy activities in Kuta town

Great customer service, clean, value for money, nice decor, warm feeling. location wasn't the best but near to airport... Vira Bali is a customer-oriented hotel. Helpful, cheerful, polite staff. They actually noticed that it was my friend's birthday and brought us a birthday cake! Very pleasant surprise indeed! However, my bottle of perfume was missing from my room when i was out...That was a great disappointment and big minus point for the hotel...I must say though that the manager was very helpful and listened to my complaint patiently. Overall, guess it was a pretty good hotel.

Clean, staff friendly, attentive noisy maintenance was done around 7.30am in the morning, which is very annoying. That should be done after 9.00 am. Location not too far to town, so walking distance to town area, is very good. Near to Airport too & hotel offer free shuttle to town area. Hotel is clean & the enviornment is fantastic, that makes it very relaxing, and room overlooks over the pool with balcony. Something that you don't get often. Staff is good with always a smile & quick to attend to your queries.
Shopping Tip : Really have to bargain half the price that are being offered by the sellers for products. Drink lot of water if weather is really humid.

Nice pool, nice staff, transportation to and from the airport The hotel is not at the best possible location but that doesn't matter much in Bali. The hotel was clean and confortable. The pool was nice. The staff was very helpfull. They make excellent cocktails at good prices. We paid a little extra for a "superior". The difference to a standard room was just an extra room with a small kitchen which might be usefull for a bigger family but next time we will take the standard room.
Travel tip : A nice restaurant with a sea view at the Discovery mall.

Good clean and maintained rooms,great pool area and great staff This hotel is great. The room that we were given was not the room that we requested,however the staff granted us the requested room after only one day. That room had a problem with the A/C which was repaired with-in the day. The pool area is good,nice and quiet and spotlessly clean and the staff both at reception and cleaning were great.
Restaurant Tip : Walking distance to a good Italian Resl Il Foro

Close to Kuta and yet not too noisy. Rooms are very well kept, spacious and clean (note - I stayed in the Deluxe Room). The massage facility is great. The staffs are the most friendly and helpful. Breakfast selection was about the same throughout my 5 days stay but still ok. I was staying at this hotel as part of my honeymoon. Given this is our first time in Bali and we are glad to have chosen a local run hotel which enabled us to experience the true Balinese culture. The staffs are very approachable and friendly. The hotel even supply a free drop off service to Kuta/airport when needed, which is a real bonus!
