The staff were extremely friendly and the hotel was quiet.The room had great character and the outside bathroom was great. The room was always kept clean and everthing worked. Breakfast was yummy and the shuttle bus ran whenever you needed it. We had a wonderful stay as the hotel was in a good position and you always had the shuttle bus. The only thing we needed was more info on things to do even though the staff told us about activities. My daughter and myself thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Waka Namya Ubud. The hotel and rooms had great character and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were good. The hotel is quiet as there are only a small number of rooms. The hotel is in a good position where you can walk to the main centre or the shuttle bus runs whenever you need it... at a restaurant just phone up for your lift home. Not flash but relaxing and would recommend it.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : The Eco bike trip for a full day was excellent. Easy, good guide, great food and a lot of fun.

Great place for couple or groups. Not much as far as hotel facilities but great rooms, loved outdoor bathroom, and semi private pool. Liked the hotel shuttle, very accomodating Gardens or landscapes could have been more maintained, breakfast needs more variety and should be included Highly recommended for couples or groups.

The Deluxe Lanai was just perfect. Very comfortable and private. Staff very friendly and helpful. Nice restaurant. Not much to choose from the restaurant menu. No tea & coffee facilities in rooms. We found our stay to be very relaxing and would recommend this resort to anyone looking for serenity and peacefulness. However, the restaurant was a little bit disappointing as we didnt have much to choose from. Beautiful scenery in Ubud and great shopping.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : The cycle tour is a must!
