Very average
Nice pool, and if you would like3 rooms adjoining with a small living area I would recommend, however only for party animals!

Nice Larger type Hotel - very helpful and happy

Nice rooms with plenty of room inside and outside with balcony.
Open plan with nice pool. Bar and dining area around pool although dining area quiet. Although i was not happy with the initial room (personal reason) they were happy to change rooms but shower rose broken - this was fixed upon request. Always smiling and helpful - Good tour pricing and travel service. Internet a bit pricey but overall the hotel was good. Being a solo traveller i prefer the smaller type accommodation. Good for family although one night a small party was a bit noisy but bearable.

have stayed at the white rose numerous times when my budget is a bit more generous!!
it is reliable hotel and you get a mixture of travellers there! its not too loud and isn't a massive party place like other hotels in kuta so you can get a good nights sleep!
the rooms are a decent size with a balcony and the bathrooms are nice and clean
the staff are always wonderful with beautiful smiles!

Good looking hotel but horrible service

Service at the hotel was not good. We arrived, and told to go to room 1017, but did not tell us where to go or escort us. We then asked to be shown, and the person showing us kept stopping to talk to his friends and had no idea where he was giong. We got to the room and our room key didn't work in the power slot, but the staff left without sorting it. We had to then walk back tot he lobby for a correctly sized key. Also, they did not help us with our bags like they did with other visitors. Our room was incomplete. Nothing in the fridge. The room had two single beds as opposed to a double bed. There was also a very loud noise coming from the plumbing continously. When we wanted to order a taxi, the staff member tried to rip us off by asking for double the price stated on the poster next to him. Do not recommend this hotel.

Hotel is a little hard to find but very close to the monument. The road was flooded at the time of our stay as was most of Bali, they spent the next few days fixing the road meaning taksi in and out was impossible.. It would have been fixed by now.. The facilities were absolutely awesome. Basic room was great.

After booking made by my wife in Australia 9 days earlier still no record at reception area male staff quite rude actually
Will not be returning to stay at the White Rose after staying there the last 4 visits to Bali

We booked this hotel for one night, it was so good we came back to stay there again. It was ostly due to the loaction. It is right next to the clubbing scene, the beach is further away but it is still walkable or u can hop on the taxi for less than five minutes to get there.
Restaurant Tip:
You must go to Char grill for thier fantstic and value for money kebab.

right in the heart of kuta shopping and nightlife, however very quiet. don't buy internet time though, very expensive and they don't give you the hour you pay for. go to the many internet cafes or get free wi-fi from the many restaurants. overall lovely place
Shopping Tip:
Shopping in Bali is chaos (easy to get ripped off). Go to Garlic lane in Legian and see Ketut, she has fixed prices (very cheap) easy no hassle shopping.... Love it
