Great hospitality!
I have been staying in this hotel since 2009. Toilets have been upgraded and hospitality has always been a tip-top!

budget hotel
property suited our needs for a girls weekend away. Even though it was in the middle of trashy Kuta it was tucked away enough not to hear the noise late at night. Can recommend the pool villa if you are looking for a little extra. Breakfast was suffice, didn't try any other facilities from the property so I can't comment.

Hotel was excellent. Good value for money and the location was very good. Close to Shops, Bars and Cafes. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice clean rooms.

Nice stat
Nice swiming pool , nice breakfast. Very nice garden .. Good location.... Just a bit noisy during the night because of the bars arround ... And the safebox doesn't work properly. I had to call the reception to send the security to unlock it ... And u have to book everyday from the internet to extend your stay. But generally we had great time. I recommend it ...

VERY DISAPOINTED
I have stayed at this hotel many times, well at least 10. Never had a problem, How ever was short of cash when I arrived late at night, and it was demanded I pay deposit with credit card, this has never happened before here. I relucklently paid and was told this could take up to 3 weeks to return. I said this was unacceptable , and wanted money back when I left. No problem I was to by clever manager, but when I left early in the morning , same little clever man told me bank not open , and will return as soon as the bank opens. 3 Weeks later contacted senior manager, telling me they forgot, promising to fix problem ,again will take a week. Another 2 weeks , now they don't want to reply to my emails. Well White Rose, it may not be a lot of money , but it is STEALING. And I tell you now I will get my money back one way or another. This is a new trend in other hotels to new visitors , but I have been coming to Bali for many years, and do not expect this treatment , wear I have been so well looked after in the past. BEWARE ,They think you will just give up and keep the money as a little bonus . You lost a very good client, and I hope others will take note. I wish Agoda would take you off the books. comfotable, convenient hotel
room comfort, location, breakfast
We had a lovely, clean room located near the pool. The staff were friendly and helpful and the cleanliness of the rooms was of a high standard with good air conditioning. The hotel was in a convenient location between Kuta and Legian but was quiet and we couldn't hear any street noise. Breakfast were very good with a large range of food on offer.
