Lovely pool, nice breakfast, excellent location Some of the features advertised in their brochure are inaccurate e.g they say there is a shop on the lobby level, which there isn't; and they offer transfers to the airport for 30,000Rp, but when we went to book it it was 70,000Rp. Overall we were very pleased with our choice of hotel. The White Rose has a pleasant atmosphere: it has nice gardens and a lovely pool in the midst of hectic Kuta. There are 2 restaurants, both of which offer a good breakfast. The location is excellent; right behind the bomb memorial and 5-10mins from the beach. The rooms are quite nice with good facilities (hairdrier, mini fridge, cable tv...).
Hotel Feature Tip : You might want to make use of the 'Do Not Disturb' sign as housekeeping tend to call early in the morning (about 8am).

GOOD LOCATION AND FRIENDLY STAFF
THIS HOTEL NEED RENOVATION BADLY This hotel have a good location near to shopping area and clubbing area. Hotel staff give us a warm welcome that night when we checked in at the lobby. At night time the lobby look nice and romantic but as soon as we step in to our room.... OH MY GOD!!
The room look old and the toilet..BAD! i need two hand to turn on the tap each time so I was there 3 night, by then I can see green vain on my hand just bcos I wanna turn on and off the tap aft using. White rose but GREY towel,YELLOW stain WC. Looking at the price is so cheap, I would rather pay extra USD10 for HARRIS hotel that look MUCH MORE BETTER. We're looking forward for our check out day.If we have not pay for the room before this trip I will cancel this hotel. I won't recommend this hotel to my friend and family. Even if u just want a place to sleep not White Rose.

Centrally located in Kuta, friendly staff, good breakfast selections, and a great garden for view. No in room safe - at least not for my room. Beware of the 200K RP deposite at checkin. This is refunded as long as you remember. Fortunately for me, I did remember. Apparently, the price for the private tour varies. You might want to negotiate when the offer is made at the front desk. I paid 500K RP when an earlier tour in April only charged 400K RP. They also offered a different tour for 600K that I opted not to do. However, I highly recommend a private tour for the lowest price you can get. The guide took me to all the main Bali temples with an early morning start (0800) and not wasting time in-between. I don't think I would had seen them all if I didn't pick this option. During the other time, I walked all over. When I need to confirm the direction back to the hotel, I just asked for the way to Bali Bomb monument. Agree with an earlier comment on counter with 40 to 50% of the price during shopping. The initial quote is usually way out of line.
