The swimming pools are nice here and the staff is very helpful indeed.
Mosquites and insect are all around the rooms and hotel. The room is not clean enough.
The facilities in the hotel is quite good, but the breakfast is not good at all. Moreover, I am scared by the insect and mosquites all around the hotel. But if you balance the price and the service, it is also in the acceptable range. The hotels' staff are very nice here even I have changed my room a few time. The hotel is quite convenience at all, but not easy to find. Anyway, it is the cheap hotel for everyone to afford.

the hotel location is near the beach but the rooms is bad. the hot and cold water give problem. sometime no hot water and cold water.the food ( breakfast) have limited choices and not many menus.
The staff are friendly and helpful. we have a wonderful experience in Bali. I like to stay at your hotel again provided you refurbish and upgrade your room interior. your staff claimed 5 star but i hope it is. anyway hope to stay with you again.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : visit tanah lot and other temples

not suitable for the handicapped (i.e. no elevator)
wina - one in a million hotels at kuta. nothing special. it is quiet because located in a blind alley. it is clean and the room was nice. breakfast buffet was okay.
overall recommended although there are nicer places.
