the hotel have a nice garden view & very polite staff...is really u can enjoy the holidays.

the coridors is too narrow, & the air con should put it on the right place. To me the hotels is too far from the main road..

I'm very plesed about the hotel staff for servicing me ,u can always seeing smiling face all around.the enviroment is very comfortable , they have a nice pool, the room is quite clean , but the bed is too old, because the bed broken when i was slept.the air condition is too far from the bed,it will take some times to cool down the room.breakfast is quite ok , but if posibility add more dishes it will be nice .it wiil take a short distance from main road to the hotel.if u don mind it's a good exercise after dinner.so far this hotel is still a idea place to stay.if compare with others..

Travel tip : bring a tochlight if possible

The swimming pools are nice here and the staff is very helpful indeed.

Mosquites and insect are all around the rooms and hotel. The room is not clean enough.

The facilities in the hotel is quite good, but the breakfast is not good at all. Moreover, I am scared by the insect and mosquites all around the hotel. But if you balance the price and the service, it is also in the acceptable range. The hotels' staff are very nice here even I have changed my room a few time. The hotel is quite convenience at all, but not easy to find. Anyway, it is the cheap hotel for everyone to afford.

near to the beach.

room need to refurbish.

the hotel location is near the beach but the rooms is bad. the hot and cold water give problem. sometime no hot water and cold water.the food ( breakfast) have limited choices and not many menus. The staff are friendly and helpful. we have a wonderful experience in Bali. I like to stay at your hotel again provided you refurbish and upgrade your room interior. your staff claimed 5 star but i hope it is. anyway hope to stay with you again.

a bit far from beach.

nice place to stay away from town of kuta for relaxing. nice garden view and simple room to stay. have what's you need. 2 swimming pools to hang around and 1 swimming pool for kids. you have to walk about 100metres to the beach to have sea view. nice kuta beach suitable for wind surfing.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : garden style hotel.

Location.

The room and it's furniture and fixtures needs to be updated. Staff are indifferent to good service. Noisy. Tiled floors in the rooms.

The only thing this hotel had going for it was it's location. Situated in the middle of Kuta beach. Staff were pleasant enough but not overly helpful. Also found the food in the room service and restaurant menu much better than the buffet breakfast and lunch. The hotel overall looked charming and clean but requires a much needed face-lift with regards to it's rooms and it's furniture and fixtures. And most notably the tiled floors and noisy air-conditioners.

Shopping Tip : A daily shuttle from the hotel takes you into the main shopping district of Kuta.

Affordable rates around Kuta Region

Cleanliness and condition of the rooms need improvement. It's kinda old and dirty.

It's one of the more affordable hotel at Kuta region. However, The cleanliness and condition of rooms need improvement. It's kinda old and dirty. There's also some strange odour at the toilet. The breakfast buffet lacks variety. We were stop by the hotel staff when we tried to fill our bottles with plain water during breakfast.

Restaurant Tip : Must try the omellete at breakfast buffet

Good location close to beach Nice swimming pool.Friendly staff.

Old hotel

Disappointed with the hotel. After check in we wasn’t happy with the room so we asked to change- 3 times. Very old and urgently needs refurbishments. Towels should be retired years ago. There were many mosquitoes in the room. The included breakfast was some days awful (no meat or cheese), instead 5 choices of local food. For a simple omelet or fried eggs I had sometimes to cue 15 minutes! The management should serve more western breakfast.. Not enough pool chairs.

Shopping Tip : Close to poppies lane

It is a hotel harking back to old, good Bali.

The old room before the remodeling is not good. You should attach an objection if assigned to the old room.

We were let go through first by the old room before the remodeling. I attached an objection and at last, unlike the room carried in the website, changed a room. However, as for the half day, was not able to enter the room; there was it, and did it, and there were not a reward and the service that it was it in particular. It is the hotel which you should confirm before check-in well.

Excellent location, close to the beach, friendly staff, 2 nice pools.

Breakfast area - Rooms badly maintained - Poor housekeeping.

We enjoyed a one-week vacation in this hotel. We had picked it because of its location, near the center and close to the beach. We were indeed not disappointed in that respect. We liked the outside of the hotel, the lobby and pool area. There were other things that we disliked: 1. Upon arrival, every guest receives a coupon for a free "welcome drink" at the bar. Sounds nice... but the "welcome drink" turned out to be a fluid based on water, sugar and coloring, the barman called it "orange juice", but we didn't! I mean, some people can be pleased to get a free sip of ... whatever... but it didn't make us feel too WELCOME! 2. Our room had been a nice room... a long time ago! Some Maintenance is over-due, specially in the bathroom. 3. There is no shutters that can be closed, so if you are someone like me who needs darkness to sleep, bring along something to cover your eyes! 4. We had a problem with house-keeping: one day, we stayed in the room till 4pm (due to jet-lag), before we left we called house-keeping to ask them to make the room. We came back to the room after midnight, it hadn't been made. 5. Last but not least: the breakfast was a nightmare! The breakfast area was crowded (the hotel was very quiet the rest of the time, I have no idea where all those people spend their days...), it was impossible to find a free table. Many tables would have been free... if the workers had cleaned them after the previous guests had left! And it was extremely noisy and smoky, although it was open air. We did enjoy this vacation, but we definitely think that there are hotels in Bali with a better value.

Great Location, close to city and beaches, quiet in the evenings, no essence.

Is only one thing, breakfast must be open at 11.00, was just förmycket people simultaneously.

Restaurant Tip : Bali corner, place for young, good food and cheap money. Koria Rest. wonderful place with streams that ran between the dining table and mysplatser with pillows, etc.
