The hotel's facilities are a bit old.
I stayed 2 nights at this hotel. The location is quite good and convenient to walk around in Ubud area. There have lots of restaurants/ cafe, massage centres, transportation rental shops around it. The staffs are quite friendly and helpful but just a bit old on the facilities. Suggestion to have minor renovation and cleaning on the swimming pool. They also provide a simple breakfast.
Restaurant Tip : Crispy duck at Dirty Duck Restaurant. Rent a motorcycle (~50K Rupiah for whole day) will be easier to move around in Ubud.

middle of everything, pub, restaurant, monkey forest.

breakfast is throw away *only toast, fried noodles and some local fruits with coffee or tea*
not much different between the pool view, paddy field view .. all clustered together
The Hotel is situated right in the middle of Monkey Forest Road,

The Room have this dampness feel to it. Can't really describe it.
The bedsheet is not crisp,
Toilet have some molds here and there but overall not very dirty.
Basic amenities of TV, Safe, closet and small fridge
The Free Mineral water came in bottle but no bottle opener, but we bought our own
Service is good and friendly, the staff will help you in anyway they could.
The included breakfast can PASS.
Just fruits, toast, fried noodles and rice, coffee and tea.
Affordable price but there's nearby hotel that's not listed in internet that also offer affordable price..

The Inn was in a great location on Monkey Forest Road so walking distance to everywhere. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was simple but more than adequate. Room was clean although towels were a little worn- could do with some new fluffy ones! Good value for money.
