Booked the room for my parents.
They've booked this hotel for several times. The hotel is nice. At first, had tried to book directly to hotel but they said no room was available, but it was still available when I booked through Agoda.

The hotel was basic, but very comfortable. The staff do not speak much English, but were always prepared to work out what we wanted and help where possible. The staff were always ready to greet you with a smile. The rooms were very clean, and the beds spacious. The shopping in Lampung is great, and the local food exquisite.

The hotel staff were friendly and very helpful, despite the language barrier. Laundry service was excellent, and rooms very tidy. The availability of food nearby was excellent, and Sumatran cuisine is fantastic. Bed was very comfortable, and free wifi great. A very restful stay.
Shopping Tip:
Local markets are cheap and have plenty of little unusual items unique to the region.

This hotel was the worst hotel that i ever stay., first the receptionist girl wasn't friendly at all they don't even smile and welcome., 2nd. the room was dirty and many ants inside the wardrobe and on top the sofa table ( and i have to clean up my clothes, because they get inside my clothes when i hang in ), 3rd. the electric kettle was rusty and so many ants inside and when i asked for the new one, the receptionist girl wasn't friendly at all., 4th. the toilet tissue have been used before and till a little left ( they don't give the new one ) so the next morning, the toilet tissue was empty and i asked one to bring it into my room and they said wait till they make up the room..( i was so angry and i said i need now ! even the facial tissue only a little left )., 5th. the bed was broken.. i was shock when one of the bed feet just slide away.., 6th. the yellow accessories pillow and the yellow bed napkin was dirty ( looks like they never wash it ).. 7th. at 04.00 i couldn't sleep coz the hotel near with a mosque and put a very loud speaker., 8th. breakfast food was terrible for morning ( they give a spicy "rendang" , sambal kentang and spicy baby corn, the fresh fruits so many flies, bread jams so many ants in it..
