The bed is so comfortable!! Sleeping on the comfortable bed after the long day shopping is the best!! Flooring @ the washroom may need to be renewed. Not planning to stay in the town centre, due to heavy traffic. This is a new hotel & location is great! I was not disturbed by the trams as per complaint by other guest here. Services from the staff are great & all of them can communicate well in English. NO complain at all.
Travel tip : FREE Internet access is available @ every room. Very convenient.

Lousy view.
Took 15 minutes for the hot water to start.
Toilet is stinck and rather dirty. The room that we are staying rather run down. We are put at the 2nd floor at the end of the coridor, next to the emergency stair case. The view is a huge run down bus repair depo. We ask for a better room location, but they say, for the price that we are paying thru Agoda, thats what we get. We chack the price locally, it is cheaper USD 2 compare to Agoda Price.

Friendly staffs, nice lobby, rooms are ok, good choice of scent(aroma dispenser) at the lobby. External factor : too near to train station because the train hoots too much, very difficult to get metered taxi, too far from the shopping area./ Internal factors : water pump system not strong enough- water pressure always become weaker during shower or from water tap or when flushing the toilet, leakage in water basin, air con too cold. When we reach the hotel we were greeted with friendly staffs and the check in was smooth and rooms are ready. However, when i started using the water from the basin there was leakage and water was dripping on the floor. Fortunately we called the maintainance and they were quite prompt and we didn't have to wait for too long. Problem settled and we wanted to go for dinner but catching a taxi in Bandung is quite a challenge. They always said "now no taxi but if you want immediately the price does not follow
the meter".
In the night time during our rest, my sister complains the train hoots and regularly she will be waken up by that unless we're really really tired. For me, the refrigerator wakes me up at least twice a night. Whenever it vibrates, it shakes the TV console and it gives a sound of a wake up call buzzer.
Shopping Tip : Whenever you hire a transport for your shopping trip on a normal day they usually cost around RP300,000 for a whole day usually for 12 hours with a good car. They will only jack up the price double on festive seasons but you can negotiate with them all the time. Only if you're a good negotiator.

The hotel is clean, spacious room with free personal computer and internet. The staff were friendly and helpful. It is only 5 mins walking from train station. There are also few restaurants nearby that offer cheap but delicious Sundanese food. Two things. First, the air conditioner was not really good. During the day, I had to set the temp to the lowest with maximum fan power to get cool room temperature.
Second, not about the hotel, but we cannot call Bluebird taxi or any taxi that are using argometer, because there are taxis without it from other companies that park outside the hotel. These taxis charge much more, even for Indonesian like me. I stayed in Deluxe Room for two nights. The room has personal computer with free internet broadband. The receptionist and staff were really friendly and helpful. Once, I called for an assistant, and within minutes a staff knocked my door to help. The location is good with train station within walking distance and 'paris van java walk' and 'cihampelas walk' take less than 20 mins by taxi.
Hotel Feature Tip : Just walk 5 minutes toward train station to get Blue bird taxi, this taxi uses argometer and known for their quality.
There is delicious restaurant name Sambara or Sambada located opposite train station. The food is delicious and cheap!

kids room, little bit darty and small. anyway all staffs are friendly and kind.I'm sorry to say but I felt especially staff kindness because out side people of hotel is not so kind...I could relax and enjoy with hotel stay.

good location...good hotel, nice room, clean and very comfortable bed. Got internet in the room. Very good hote, great location..I really enjoyed my stay here. Recommended and surely will come again.

Lovely location, friendly and helpful staff, they smiles and greet when met the guess. Room was great with new carpet, Desktop with broadband was great idea. Breakfast was variety and nice. May be need live band for emused guess rather than a single musician or tradisional ethnic or classic music which is good. Towel may need replacing since it look old. Our stay 2 night on 10-12 July 2009 was as sweet as their staff treats. Lovely and cosy butique hotel was adorable. Not hesitate for another stay if we drop here again and again. Nice staff, friendly and helpful. Nice room and facilities provided included desktop woth broadband. Nice carpet and look new. Located in the middle of the city, at ease for everyone to hop off and on the interesting place i.e shopping elsewhere

All services excellent....and Nice,and Clean Hotel Unfortunelly the swimming pool on recovery while I'm stay at the Hotel with my family, so It's make my daughter and son little dissappointed for that.

very good location... close to train station, in the city central. not much a good restaurant around,
you need to use taxi to go everywhere
worth to have an over night stay due to a very good location. The quality of room and service is 4 stars. Clean , Comfortable , Spotless
Worth money.
Swimming pool 's tile is too dark , so the colour of the water is not as blue as I like.

Friendly & helpful staff.Best part was their offer of free shuttle to airport, in a comfortable MPV. Bathroom is quite small,housekeeping needed reminding to refill empty tea/coffee sachets,tissues. Stayed at hotel for 4 nights. Room is ok,bathroom is small.Breakfast spread is moderate.All staff are polite and helpful.Hotel is located far away from main shopping areas;found difficulty in transportation back to hotel. No nearby food outlets made it inconvenient-we ended up eating in hotel restaurant.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Ask for direction to Pasar Baru,where the locals shop for fabrics.

-Dirty towels Stayed in this hotel for three nights and i must say the hotel is nice and cosy with great service given.
The staff is very accomodating and attentive to customer request and the number of TV channels available is great.
Breakfast is good in the sense that the Hotel actually changes some of the items on a daily basis.That was a nice touch.
One bad thing is the cold marble floor and strong air-con which makes the room chilly.
Towels were found to have stains as well.
Overall, great hotel and i will definitely consider it again for my next trip.

spacious room, wonderful staff, good location. We stayed at the Arion Swiss-Belair Hotel in Bandung for 1 night (23-24 June 2009).
The hotel is within walking distance to Pasar Baru, and to our delight, just 100m from Kartika Sari, a famous Bandung bakery which sells brownies and other delicacies. Trips to factory outlets were reasonably priced at 50K Rp (one way).
The check-ins/out were promt. The hotel staff were extremely polite and helpful. They dressed decently, spoke English and were informative.
The room was fabulous, spacious and clean. The breakfast spread offers a decent variety of western and local food.
The trip to airport was complimentary and overall we had a wonderful stay at Arion Bandung.
Shopping Tip : The Bandung people say that if you have not been to Pasar Baru, Tangkuban Perahu and Kartika Sari, then you have never been to Bandung. Arion is so near to two of the 3 places and they offer a good price for the Tangkuban Perahu trip. So I suggest go to Arion on your next Bandung trip and enjoy!

Facilities not good enough for a 4 star hotel A good choice for those visiting Bandung. An OK price, with a decent breakfast, and a great location near the station. The surrounding streets are a bit shady, though. Facilities and service are sub standard though. More of a 3 star than a 4 star.
Shopping Tip : Rumah Mode is the best factory outlet - any taxi driver will take you there for about $3.

Spa - was great and they have reasonable pricing for couple package (open till midnite) Bandung map was not available in the hotel, a copy of map was given however it doesn't reflect nearby places of interest, eg Pasar Baru is across the overhead bridge and walking distance from hotel. Staff in the hotels need to be sensative to guest needs. This is my first visit to Bandung after 20 years. As I have done prior online booking, the receptionist did not even check with me if I want seperate bed, I was given a King size bed, luckily my friend is fine with it. The room was spacious however it's without carpet so it is cold without any foot wear. They run out of brochures and I have to take one from the concierge, lack places of interest details. The food that I ordered in was delicious however when I want to pay via Visa I was turned down as the waiter mentioned that I do not put a deposit, kind of embarass though. A lady staff was friendly and informed me that Pasar Baru was within walking distance. Taking cabs from hotel is expensive and I sense staff is unhappy when I charter an external driver.
Breakfast was great as the spread changes daily. The souvenior shop carries interesting items.
Travel tip : Pasar Baru (is a wholesale centre worth visiting), train station and a cake shop is within walking distance. Generally it is convienient moving around via cabs, cihampelas the jeans paradise is 15 mins away via cab, i enjoyed outlets such as rumah mode, grande, the secrets and other outlets along the streets in jln riau and dago. Tangkuban perahu, ciater, kampong daun cafe, sierra cafe (can see bandung view) kawah putih at ciwidey is great to visit. The weather is great too.

the ambience of the lobby is good and very soothing On second day the room service forgot to put my towel its my business cum leisure to bandung and everything went well and smooth as per my itinerary, the free internet provided inside the room are very useful and make my mobile office convenient which i be able to sent email back to my office any time. overall the staff from the main entrance to the back are very humble and friendly.
Shopping Tip : prepare to bargain atleast 50% from the list price and you will enjoy the shopping but not at the boutique.
