i was having the business deluxe, but it is quite small room and air flow is not good in the bathroom.

quite disapoint with the facility, i was expecting having kids in the kids club, but no guardian staff there.
gym also quite small.

good food and nice choice of food and bvrgs.

Location near to pasar baru. Room is spacious

Location: Very near to pasar baru and train station. Surprisingly it is not noisy at all. My 8 mths old daughter was able to sleep peacefully.
Room: The room is very spacious. We requested for a king bed. There is a desk at the corner for my hubby to comfortably surf internet. The hotel provide Free wifi!!
Service: The staff were friendly and approacable.
Breakfast: Wide spread of buffet. Food is generally delicious.
Pros: Our supper ordered from hotel is not as tasty as the breakfast spread. Need some improvement on this.
Overall, i would love to stay in Arion Swiss Bel-Hotel again.

this hotel has a lot of "swissness". its very well managed, staff are very attentive and super friendly. the hotel is well located close to the train station and some of the shopping streets. hotel its self is clean although our room was a bit smelly from cigarettes. i think there is no division between smoking and non smoking. only downside.

The room was quite spacious with large king size beds that can fit 3 people. The toilet is clean just that it looks a bit tired. The hotel is quite quiet during our stay. Breakfast buffet was great. Nearby our hotels not much selection of eateries. Nearest decent eateries that offers varieties would be at Kartika Sari cafe. Not much of a nightlife if you are seeking one. Overall it was a pleasant stay. Nice hotels to be back after a long day out!
Shopping Tip:
The hotel is a walking distance to Pasar Baru. That is a plus point for those who wish to shop for muslimah clothing. Other than that, u will need a transport to go around their factory outlets. I would recommend you to pre book your transport online else u will be charged quite a handsome price. You can per book your transport at jacktour.com I got a Toyota avanza 7 seater for $40 plus a day. Else if u book through hotel it will be double the price.

Staffs are very polite and helpful. Room clean but not carpeted and its very cold at night which is not very comfortable for old people to walk on. Great place to stay.

small rooms but near from train station. if you on foot, you can direct to the hotel, but if you used others, you will go around since the road is one way.
