The hotel falls below my expectations of a 4 star hotel. The bathroom is very small and no shower gel is provided (thankfully soap is available). The gym is also super small.
The staff are courteous and friendly but this is expected at most hotels.
I think this hotel is overated as a 4 star hotel.
Hotel Feature Tip:
If you want more value for money go to Sukajadi or Ciumbeliut hotel even if they are a bit further down from the city.

The location is good but this aged Hotel requires modernazation in keeping with other new Hotel in the City. I think they are upgrading the rooms at the other wing. The atmosphere at the Cafe was rather dull. Choices of food during breakfast were also rather limited and less appealing. Overall it is fine for a short stay.

overall the service is ok, check-in staff quite friendly and efficient. Too bad, the room isn't equiped with today's wifi access. Fortunately I ordered a business room so it comes with computer with internet connection.

The hotel is clean and comfortable, it is within walking distance to Pasar Baru which is a big wholesales centre, taxi is easy to get to all other FO, around 30k per trip.
Overall satisfy with the stay.

comfortable and enjoyable if you are prepared to spend extra.
the buffet breakfast was nice with great choice.
room was spacious and clean.
Shopping Tip:
Pasar Baru is within walking distance just cross the railway line using pedestrian bridge. Angkutan kota is plenty and cheap plying in front of hotel @ Rp 2000 pp per trip. Mosque for friday prayer is in the compound of the Governer's house nearby.

Nice hotel, have a pool on the top floor, large family room and 24 hours coffee shop. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Really a worth hotel to stay.
