Friendly and Good Stay
Provide airport transfer and good services from the staffs

It was a great stay at the hotel. The location was strategic and nearby to the factory outlets at Jln. Riau and Jln Setiabudi. Although it's near but the traffic at Bandung city really hectic than Malaysia.
Hotel staffs are very professional and helpful in guiding us and also efficient.
Besides, hotel also provide airport transfer for their guests and also time estimation fro last minute shopping so that you would miss your flight.
Generally i had a great time in Arion Swiss Belhotel just like before.
Travel tip:
However, it's also cheap to travel around with taxi approx not more than Rp25,000 per trip (RM8). But mind you, got to becareful while taking the cab, there are some that has minimum charges Rp20,000 per trip for those short trips. only a few handful taxi even GR or blue birds taxi practised that.
Other than that, i really respect their taxi's professionalism as compared to Malaysia. The taxi driver would actually called to others to check for the direction and very polite and helpful unlike Malaysia.
Although they are some bad drivers over the road, but majority are good and better than Malaysia.

I was quite disappointed, the room was small, despite going for the business room. No bath, no wi-fi. There is a computer there for your internet needs but as a business traveller, I need to access wi-fi with my laptop. The location is poor too. Other than being walking distance to the train station and Pasar baru, it is not strategically located. Not everyone is like me who would walk from place to place. There are some key services missing, for example no city map, no money changer. The staff are friendly but without the services they can't help much. The morning buffet was poor, not much variety and lacking in quality as well.

The hotel falls below my expectations of a 4 star hotel. The bathroom is very small and no shower gel is provided (thankfully soap is available). The gym is also super small.
The staff are courteous and friendly but this is expected at most hotels.
I think this hotel is overated as a 4 star hotel.
Hotel Feature Tip:
If you want more value for money go to Sukajadi or Ciumbeliut hotel even if they are a bit further down from the city.

The location is good but this aged Hotel requires modernazation in keeping with other new Hotel in the City. I think they are upgrading the rooms at the other wing. The atmosphere at the Cafe was rather dull. Choices of food during breakfast were also rather limited and less appealing. Overall it is fine for a short stay.

We arrived there very late around 2 am and the room type we booked is not available so they upgraded us to a bigger room instead.

overall the service is ok, check-in staff quite friendly and efficient. Too bad, the room isn't equiped with today's wifi access. Fortunately I ordered a business room so it comes with computer with internet connection.

Great Location
Walking distance to Pasar Baru

The hotel is clean and comfortable, it is within walking distance to Pasar Baru which is a big wholesales centre, taxi is easy to get to all other FO, around 30k per trip.
Overall satisfy with the stay.

Lovely luxurious hotel with a smile
Near to airport, railway station, mosque and Pasar Baru

comfortable and enjoyable if you are prepared to spend extra.
the buffet breakfast was nice with great choice.
room was spacious and clean.
Shopping Tip:
Pasar Baru is within walking distance just cross the railway line using pedestrian bridge. Angkutan kota is plenty and cheap plying in front of hotel @ Rp 2000 pp per trip. Mosque for friday prayer is in the compound of the Governer's house nearby.

I'm staying at Swiss Bel-Hotel for One Night because of business trip. I'm having a good day since i was in this hotel. The room very clean and the internet also OK.
