I enjoyed my stay. An excellent view of the downtown scene. Plenty of good eateries & cafe's, clubs & pubs within walking distance,that offer value for money. The breakfast was great, and service was good.

Perfect hotel for 2 family trip

The hotel in perfect location in the middle of central Bandung and for 3 bedrooms hotel apartment traveling with 2 family 4 adults 3 children it's very good deals
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
the hotel location in historical street in Braga... which is plenty old style building and close to Braga Inn who serve good food since more than 50 years...

Aston Braga makes Bandung look terrible
espite all the bad experiences, I appreciated some of the employees’ kindness who made a great effort to help us with some advice.

it's already a bad decision to stay in the braga area instead of the northern area of bandung.but aston made our experience even worse.after checking in,it took 1 hour for their employee to bring our luggage to the room.it's really inconvenient and we were in hurry. luggage finally arrived after i called 3 times to check and ask what’s wrong.took forever to ask housekeeping to bring us anything,mostly because the old,slow elevator they have.public area (lobby,concierge,café) were under-sized and shabby,definitely not for claustrophobic or clean freaks. not enough open space and no effort to put some greens/flowers to soften the ‘sick building syndrome’ atmosphere that this hotel has.the main entrance to the hotel is thru the low-ceiling basement parking area,which was unpleasant and smelled like emission from the cars.found many dirty spots at the hotel.the most terrible was the dining chair,under the floor between non smoking area & smoking area in the dining room.while we're in the restaurant,some employees did noisy work on the ladder while their legs dangled from the ceiling.hard to enjoy lunch with that kind of show going on.we ordered special lunch which was said to be ready in 12 mins but then we had to wait for almost half an hour.breakfast buffet offered so much variety which is good,but the quality was so bad,from tempe mendoan to potato garlic was not made by heart. so disappointing.even the fruit platter was bad quality.room was ok but a bit dull & dirty. the view from the room was also sad,because you can see bandung’s poverty from here.shower curtain was dirty and smelly.it was like they use the same shower curtain for the last 25years.one of the reason we chose the hotel was because the review said it's adjacent to the mall named braga city walk.it turned out that the mall was more like a pitiful shopping mall, not the bandung experience i was looking for and hotel aston braga was nowhere near worth the price i paid.

great service and neat room

hotel situated in town, however a bit far from factory outlet area which is in jln dago and setiabudi. hotel close to pasar baru, great shopping area fro cloth.

We got upgraded from a Supreme to a 2-bedroom apt. =)
Which is really nice, cause we get a small pantry. The bathroom is clean. Overall it's a good hotel, but the ceiling in the room is pretty low. Kind of makes u a little bit claustrophobic.
But service was excellent, love the valet service, and the breakfast lovely.
Restaurant Tip:
Love "Kampoeng Daun" restaurant in Lembang. A Must-go Place!

nice place but Very bad service

when we checked in at 3 pm they promise to give the room keys but till 8 pm they said still finding the keys. demanded to change the rooms and they accepted.
Even though i pay for 3 bed rooms for 6 persons.
Hotel Feature Tip:
please this hotel because its very difficult to get taxis

Ever helpful and friendly service staff

First time to Bandung and Aston Braga Hotel and was pleased with the ever helpful friendly staff. Great location with shopping areas and dinning just a stone away from the hotel.Security is adequate too with security personnel 'bomb' checked all vehicles entering the premises. Will definitely come back here given a chance in the future. Cheers
