Very Bad Experience. Totally dissapointed

One of the worst hotel stay in my life. Air-con not working when we arrived. And the room is very unclean with dust all over the room. The sofa is full of stains and the amenities is not complete with floor towel so dirty. Took us 3 calls to get an extra blanket.
The next day the air-con is leaking all over the dining table with all my foods ruined. In addition, my kids are bitten by insect in the bedroom (bedbug maybe).
The corridor of the non-smoking rooms reeks of cigarette smokes. Probably comes from the emergency stair being used for smoking rooms by smokers.
Just not worth any price to stay there.

Located near Pasar Baru (10 mins walk) and to factory outlets, good service

ooked a 3-bedroom apartment inclusive of free internet and arrived in the early evening of 9th May. Greeted by friendly concierge team and the same goes at the reception desk where check-in went smoothly.
Service by their F&B, room service to engineering team were good and quick. I would like to sincerely thank the front desk and concierge team for their effort in helping my sister when she accidentally left her laptop and passport in the airport taxi. The concierge personnel even drove my sister around Bandung town to locate the taxi. Good ending as the taxi driver returned both items to the hotel.
Overall, a good stay.
Travel tip:
When stopping taxi, look around first to ensure there's no other taxi in waiting (waiting lazily for customer by the roadside) cause they will force to come out from the taxi you just hailed. Walk a bit further from them before stopping in-coming taxi.

Tasteful hotel with wonderful professional staff
Convenient ,walking distance to many malls, supermart, Famous Pasar Baru and night spots for youngsters

Had a wonderful stay for two nights. Although room is quite small but is very well kept and clean.Only regret is the hotel could have provided a clock and a health weighing scale to make it perfect though.
Would definitely recommend to friends
Travel tip:
Although the exchange rate is better here but it is not easy to get a money changer. So to avoid wasting time looking for money changers my advice is bring enough cash to shop till you drop!Bandung is really a shopping paradise and Sunda food is great and worth trying too.Don't miss the hot spring.

The hotel located in the part of town that allowed you to reach various attraction by walking. This is a plus point taking into consideration of the traffic in Bandung during the weekend. For simple shopping, the hotel itself located above the shopping complex. Finding food is also not a problem.

Overall a Reasonable and Average Hotel

I was most attracted by the price for this hotel given by Agoda. It was very reasonable. For the price, I got a 2 bedroom apartment with a kitchen, and living area, perfect if I was travelling wit my family and kids.
When u got there choose a room on the north side, as sometimes there is a sermon from a mosque that is loud and u can hear from the south side. It is also a very crowded hotel, as it is in the city. But it has a very small check in area.
Other than that, there were no other problems
Nightlife Tip:
There are a lot of bars just outside the hotel
