hotel in central city, full of domestic families, but not to internatonal 4*standard. facilities are basic, the building was under works when we were there. Lobby is underground!! there was a nigh market during weekend, one of the entries to the parking is blocked, we spent almost 1 hour to find the other entry. staff is busy but not really warm.
Bandung is very traiff jam, unbelievable. the city is very disappointing. the goodthing is saw the volcano!!

Overall stay was pleasant except
1. counter staff could be more helpful and open
- in providing directions within the area
- more open in pricing of airport transfer. I was told 2 different prices and more expensive price only after making the booking
2. Hotel Masseur who attended to me insisted I pay her extra for massaging my head, face and abdomen within the allocated massage time. The extras was initiated by her and she did not want it mentioned to her boss. Wanted extra 100k for a 150k massage.
