A run down Town house with great location

The pictures that they have in Agoda really does represent the unique and nice architecture of the town house, but what it's lacking is the real condition state of the premises.
It looked like place hasn't been receiving guest in a while, the sofa is all dirty and the carpets are fraying and looked like it hasn't been washed in a while.
The bathrooms also not meticulously cleaned, specially since I can spot cobwebs on the corners.
Overall, the place has a great potential to be a very nice place, or it had been one in the past. The lack of maintenance of the place seems to be the biggest problem.
The staffs are very warm and courteous, breakfast was on time and lovely.
The sun decks and pool area are one of the biggest hits for us, since it's well kept and looked over the nice Bandung view. The pine trees surrounding the sun deck helps us to feel like we are not in the center of the city.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
In the morning, please allocate sometime to bask the sun on the sun deck. Take a morning dip in the swimming pool too.
