our stay at the hotel was at first a good experience. however on the last day of our stay, our family member was locked from inside of the toilet. it took a while for the technician to come to rescue and he took quite a long time before our family member could come out from the toilet. in fact we were rushing to the airport. when we asked for the front desk manager, a puzzled- looked guy came out and his expression was he couldnt do much himself. what i thought they could at least offer us at that point of time was to rush the rest of the family member to the airport while they were trying to do something about the toilet door... but it didnt turn out that way. well, we got to the airport just in time for checking in and managed to catch our flight back. over all that was quite an experience for our family..

Great locations however transportation is a problem. Taxi is difficult in peak season.
The room is small, clean, and adequate considering the price. However no extra towel, 2 for deluxe room and no more.
Food is okay but service is good, staffs are friendly and helpful.
One thing though, there was a construction going on nearby the hotel as such in daylight, noise can be a problem.

We stayed here for 2 nights. The hotel facilities quite ok. Breakfast at hotel's resto quite ok also, but the resto's room a little bit small while the hotel has have many hotel guests. Just reminder for traveller who will stay there, please check again after room boy clean your room because if he forget to put back room amenities, the hotel will charge you to pay the room aminities whereas it is not your fault.

i stayed here for 2 nights with my family (with 3 kids). all of them like the hotel, since it has a nice swimming pool and children playground. the hotel location is very strategic and close to cihampelas and rumah mode factory outlet. i heard that usually the traffic in ciumbuleuit is very bad since it near some colleges/universities - but during holiday season the traffic is fine.
Shopping Tip:
very close to cihampelas (if you like to buy jeans) and rumah mode factory outlet (the most visited one...). it also not really far to jl. dago where you can find more factory outlet.
