Nice hotel with a great staff

i love the breakfast especially the rice. they served different type of rice everyday. the hotel is very clean once you pass through the guard post until you reach your room. the only complaint i've got is the lift. they should provide more lift for a such high building. but you have to insert your room card to go to your level which is good for security. overall, it's a very nice hotel.

i think that is my last visit to this hotel , if i have schedule visit again to bandung.
the room is small, the windows/frame can not be closed properly, need to be renovated.
the shower is very narrow, breakfast tasteless.
if you want to go to the city , always traffic jam!

i and my husband travel with 4 young kind. we book 2 deluxe king rooms and requested for adjoining room. when we checked in, i'm very happy as we are advice to upgrade to superior suite with 3 rooms without extra charges. the rooms clean and children are happy and comfortable with the enviroments. foods are affordable. however, the hotel is slightly far away from shopping center. anyway, we enjoy the stay
