It's our first time stayed in this hotel, and my review based on my kids review. They loved to stay in this hotel. The Suite room was spacious, they could play as if at home.

the main problem was the plumbing. the shower did not work and despite my repeated complaints, it remained so... that the water flow was very poor and the hot/cold mixer was appalling. the bathroom was 'smelly'.
the room-service was very poor. no ice buckets, no service trolleys.
the breakfast was not upto standard at all. just 2 types of white toast. guess it was suitable for local tourists and not bay any standard, for foreign visitors.

I stayed here on 23 - 27 of june. at that time, i saw a group check in. the crowd is very uncontrol. but suddenly, a bellboy came and offered me a hand. the front desk agent also very helpful. the check in process didnt take too long time. and when I got in the room, I'm so pleased because its very clean and almost all the equipment well maintained. the linen and towel also still got their thickness. we dont really use the facility. so no comment. the breakfast lack of variety. when i checked out, the staff found out my belonging that left in the hotel. and they keep my stuff till i come there to get. overall nice service, good quality, average food.
Travel tip:
dont come to watch euro cup or whatever. because you cant watch it in your room. need to go to the restaurant to watch and full of mosquitos.

Our first thought that this hotel is just for sleep after a long day at sightseeing however it proved us wrong as the hotel is big, clean and spacious. It has impressed us too that the staffs is knowledgeable in their area and able to advise us on the best possible alternatives on the transportation. They are also friendly and put the guest convinience first.
We have enjoyed our short stay and will definitely comeback to garden Permata.

This hotel is nice specially because I got room upgraded from Superior to Deluxe suite and it is a big nice room, thank you for that. But unfortunately air conditioner in room didn't work well so it was so warm inside room.

i was staying there for 2 nights, and have my nephew and niece there too. we regret that the hotel's swimming pool was not provided with towels, so you have to bring your own room's towel to the pool. the breakfast menu was various, but served cold. overall, i enjoyed staying there because of the location near the toll exit and my cousins' residence.
