The room was ok but a bit small with only a shower, no bath. In addition, it was right outside the pool, so sometimes it was a bit noisy. The room was clean, but we had ants all around the dresser which was unpleasant. Breakfast was spoilt rather by the busyness of the hotel; the staff struggled to keep up with the demands of the guests-juice and other items sometimes in short supply. But that was a minor blemish: the service generally was excellent.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Be careful when booking a taxi to go to Lembang: they wanted to charge a lot and not use the meter.

old hotel but brand new rooms

gumilang is an old hotel. i ever stayed there 15 years ago. coz every hotel was fully booked. gumilang was my last option, coz its an old hotel, from my previous stayed. But it turn out the room really cozy and minimalize and bit of woody. choose executive room above for the great room.

This is my second times staying at Gumilang Regency Hotel , like before I was staying with some friends and they like the place very much , good view , nice and clean room. The pool view is beautiful , the night view around the pool is amazing for some who like photography. This hotel is recommended

We stayed at Gumilang Regency Hotel because it is located on the way from Bandung to Lembang and Tangkuban Perahu Mountain. So, it is still not too far from Bandung but when we go to Mountain area we did not have to waste our time with the traffic jam. The room is comfortable and breakfast is great. For those who come or back to hotel late at night and want to go to Tangkuban Perahu the next day, we recommend this hotel.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Tangkuban Perahu is a nice attraction for local as well as international tourist who come to Bandung. We can see active volcano there. But to be in Bandung in Holiday is not easy, traffic jam is everywhere, especially around factory outlet areas, so you have to make sure to stay close to your main destination of the next day

The Hotel were easy to find , staff were good, rooms clean and cozy , didn't having any trouble check in ,breakfast was delicious too, overall the hotel and the services are good and will recommend friends to stay .
The only dissapointment was with Agoda , published rate in website and when transaction made , charges were different.

Friendly hotel with great ambience

My friends and I arrived late at midnight, we were greeted with friendly smiles. The room I stayed it was nice, hardwood floor. No AC, as the weather was cool enough. Love the cable TV facility, as it has many options of international channels. The breakfast was okay. What I love most about the hotel is the outdoor ambience, once you step out of your room.
