I love this hotel. Hotel reception staff is friendly and hotel is clean and nice. I booked this hotel deluxe room through agoda as Price was the lowest amount all 4* hotel. You can get supermarket staff and jap food next to the hotel.
Best thing about this hotel. I was given a free upgrade to executive room ... Rooms are wonderful . Will come back this hotel again n again.
Shopping Tip : Book a driver or cab when you are visiting factory outlets

This is a modern, well-kept hotel. Not really in the heart of Bandung but along a main road with easy access to the centre. Exceptional facilities like pool and fitness centre. Rooms are nice and very clean. Free wireless internet access. Staff very kind and helpful. Breakfast is sumptuous, with a huge selection from both Asian and Western cuisine. Definitely recommended.

old furnitures & building finishing and conventional decoration. This hotel is quite old, but still a warm welcome for anybody who wants to stay in southern bandung. Room condition is quite satisfactory. View is standard. However, some accessories and toilet fixtures need to be refurnished with proper workmanship. Location is superb considering it's located in southern part of Bandung. It's bit far to downtown but it's not traffic jammed and not too far to some restaurants and shopping outlets.
Shopping Tip : Martadinata, areas for Factory Outlets are not too far

good location n nice breakfast! should improve on the bath room n socket the hotel provide the free shuttle service to airport for us. the breakfast is good. there is a supermarket attach to the hotel which convenience for us to buy some stuff. unfortunately the hotel is far from the shopping zone.

Clean and friendly staff. Hotel is about 15 minutes away from the main shopping hub. Although the hotel is about 15 minutes drive away from the major factory outlets, they are able to arrange transportation to accommodate all the guests needs, be it shopping or short excursions away from the city centre. The driver is very diligent and knowledgeable on good places for local cuisine and places to shop with good value for money.
Apart from that, the hotel staff are friendly and ever willing to offer assistance.

Hotel is centrally located, near supermaket, restaurants and has good security. Good service of hotel staff. Front office staff are helpful and courteous. Housekeeping staff was honest - I left some money on the dressing table, the money was there after the room was tidied-up. The hotel room including bathroom is old but clean. Breakfast was simple and ordinary. Overall, my 2 nights stay in this hotel was pleasant. The olympic size covered swimming pool had energized my day after a morning swim.Can relax your afternoon at the poolside. just 45 min travelling to Gn. Tangkuban Parahu to experience the hotsprings and beautiful view. There were balance number of local and foreign tourists staying at this hotel. Good things are the hotel provides wireless broadband service and transport to the airport

HOTEL has all the facilities for conventions, games and sports....adventure escapism compared to normal hotel . Staffs are friendly and helpful. Hotel electrical maintenance is quite slow. More extension for 3 point plug required. Automatic Kettle is needed; kettle could not show water had been boiled ; plug need to be taken on and off. Cleaner do not clean well enough. Fridge is too packed with Hotels foods; no space for customer needs. Our Five day stay in Horison is nice and pleasing with some exception one and two...OVerall, it gives the ambience of a hotel, comfortable dnd tastefully designed furniture. Though far from local attraction and not right at the city centre, food stalls and restaurant are easily acessible. New supermarket which sits next to Horison is an added plus to the hotel as most of the required home and self accesories can be conveniently purchased. New attraction like PISET square amusement centre example MINI Wonders of the world are starting to open anytime soon.

Free airport shuttle. Good breakfast spread. hotel room looks abit old and the socket is spoilt The hotel is at good location. I am particularly impressed with the olympic size swimming pool. Too bad I did not bring my swim suit along. Hotel service is good and I am surprised that they actually provide free hotel shuttle to the airport even when I have to leave the hotel at 4am in the morning. Service is good. I will stay there again.

Location is ok depending on your purpose. Lovely old charm hotel is good for business and family stay. Excellent pool for swimmers.Great breakfast and very very efficiant front desk.I had issues but they settled it well ..of cousre they toolk time.I would stay again and again.Those on factory outlet shopping needs to hire taxy and would spend ayleast an hour.Those who wants to go to factories business trip etc...the location is good 3rd floor rooms is under repair. They work all night & will not allow u to sleep. Location is ok depending on your purpose. Lovely Nice large good lobby.Ideal whose aim is not just shopping in factory outlets.Ideal for Good for business and family stay.Rooms are large and that is a big plus. Excelent pool for swimmers. Great breakfast and very very effeciant staff at the front desk.I I had issues but they setlled it well ..of course they took time.I would stay again and again. Those keen on shopping are atleast an hour away by taxy.
Travel tip : don't accept 3rd floor.Some minor problems in batroom fitings some leakages may put you off but still tolerable

Frendly staff, good breakfast, big swimming pool, free safe Bandung is a very nice city, you have a chance to see the true volcano with the smell of rotten-egg (H2S). The hotel I stayed is located near the Bandung city center so it is easy for you to have many trips to explore the city, enjoy traditional Sundanese foods, fresh vegetables
Hotel Feature Tip : You can get a taxi at the hotel and baggain the best price. Taxi driver is very friendly

Facilities a bit too old, upgrade will be nice Horison Hotel Bandung is a big hotel with olympic size swimming pool. Although some of the facilities is a bit old but they also have wave pool and children pool.
The room is clean and decent with king sized bed and cable tv.
They washing basin is located outside of the bathroom itself.
The hotel also provide airport transfer, so that's a good saving on your transportation money.
The staff are friendly and fairly quick to respond
