Lovely hotel and service with a smile

the hotel looks nice from outside,room is big but the furniture in the room are old,bed are hard worst is the television is to old and dont stay at 2 floor l have the bathing area choke with water that dont run down,,what l like is the food is delicious

the front hotel have nice nasi padang and the shopping mall is walking distance like istana mall and matahari mall

Nice hospitality hotel

my last stayed at mutiara hotel was very nice. they have very nice staffs, nice view, nice location. however, it was just that my room type does not has mini bar fridge that dissapointed me. because i really need that. but fortunately the staff help me to store my thing in their kitchen fridge. how nice. for breakfast, perhaps they just should add some more menus. i had ordered nasi goreng mutiara by room service, and it was so delicious. we really like it.

A moderate hotel with good service and easy to get transport to shop around. But prefer to refurnish again as furnished are old already.A good trip to Bandung city...
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
A trip to Tangkuban Perahu, started journey at 8am and on the way we stop at flower nursery to take some photos. Reaching Tangkuban Perahu about 9.30am. It was an awesome scenery and take some photos and buy some souvenior back home.It was cooling and need to bring Jacket along. Cheerful journey....

- very old hotel and limited facilicates
- room toilet door lock was spolit, it's loose and can not lock
- with the same amount paid, i think we can look for a hotel with better facilicates

- no free transport, however use local mini bus which is very affordable and serves to vary places

Bussiness Hotel with best location

this hotel was well maintained. i was surprised with it's cleanliness. cozy and business traveler oriented. the restaurant location is in front of the swimming pool and give a cool atmosphere to the guests who's sitting in there. definitely will will refer this hotel to other colleagues, friends and family.
Shopping Tip:
Go to KARTIKA SARI (within walk distance), it's a big and famous bakery in Bandung. Lots of good snacks, cookies, cake, etc. The receptionist or security will show you where to go. It's about 100 mtr from the Hotel.

we spent most of the time outside the room. the pasar baru is nearby and easily accesible by walking or angkut. we go to cihampelas, jalan riau and also paris van java by just taking angkut in front of hotel.
nearby is rhe rail station and kartika sari selling delicious cakes.
Shopping Tip:
Pasar Baru has lots of clothings at cheap price. Branded items at very low prices are available at Cihampelas and factory outlets at Jalan Dago and Jalan Riau.
