-Near to the shop
-Convenience rooms
-Helpful staff
-Always forgot to top up soap n sugar
-Hotel food not realy good
-Difficult to across road
It was my first time going to oversea. For week i study the map of Bandung. So i knew where to go around. For those who don't know where to go i suggest study the place coz not all driver here know the route. For the hotel, I'm very satisfied with your service. Maybe next year I will come again.
Restaurant Tip : For those who want to save their money, there a shopping complex just behind Mutiara Hotel. Go the food court. There are variety of food to choice with plenty of your money thrown.

Comfy and clean. Nice breakfast.
Its on a noisy and busy road.
Just a short walk from the station but cross the road with care! The staff were friendly and helpful and my room on the second floor was quite large with multi-channel TV, aircon, kettle and sachets of tea and coffee provided. The bathroom and shower were also kitted out with all you could need and everything was replenished daily.
Good choice of food for breakfast and a nice pool.
Restaurant Tip : The cook will supplement your breakfast a gorgeous omlette on request and breakfast is available from 6am which is useful if you need to leave early.

It's meet expectation, environment, food and service is ok.
-Front desk officer not friendly, pls do upgrade your cust service skills
-expedite your service level. I've requested for coffee & tea sachet but it's not come even after an hour. i need to call back and request again then its delivered.
My hubby and me reach at Mutiara after so tired journey from Jakarta. I'm ecpecting a sincere smile ftom the front desk officer however he's just working as if that "this is my daily work & i'm doing it for the sake of doing it". He's robotic behavioral can change if he's just put even a fak smile there. Once i step on the room 209 it's meet expectation, the bed is good, the toilet is fine. Non other things that i need exept this 2 things. The food is ok. The only thing they need to improve is the human touch :) peace.
Restaurant Tip : Do not eat road side food, its not clean.

Very friendly and hostile staff
Strategic and convenient
Room is clean and satisfactory
Air conditioner is noisy and leaking - needs to be repaired and maintained regularly
The trip was my second time in Bandung. Mutiara Hotel is very strategically located and very close to my main attraction, i.e Pasar Baru. Rooms are clean, well-maintained (save for the air-conditioner which was making loud noises and leaking - the hotel should really take this seriously and make sure there is no problem with the air-cond). Other than that, I am fully satisfied with my stay at the hotel, especially the very friendly and helpful staff and security guard. I will definitely come to Bandung and stay at Mutiara Hotel again!

pretty near with riau street
I prefer to stay in this hotel due to the price is low, the selling point is the hotel quite near with bandung stasiun so if you go to bandung with train, you can walk to the hotel.
The best point is the hotel pretty near with riau street which is the center of factory outlet, by taxi only IDR 20,000 (USD 2).
If you wanna go to tangkuban perahu, ciater, lembang you can rent a car from the hotel, but the price is little high IDR 500,000 (USD 50).
The hotel also near with Karika sari which is a popular brand sell bandung bread.
The hotel staff also quite nice, my belonging was left when i am check-out and already left the hotel, suddenly the staff run and sent my belonging, so kind.
Shopping Tip : if you wanna shopping in factory outlet there is 2 famous street; riau and dago, I suggest to shopping in riau street, in those street so many factory outlet and the price also lower that price in dago.

Location - very close to eatery outlet.
Room was very old and smelly.
Dusty room.
Food and drink was unpleasent with no/limited choice
The hotel was quite old, and should be upgraded already. The room condition was quite bad, dusty, with old furniture and smelly. The towel was so small and worst cannot absorb water. The breakfast was quite bad with no choice, only some bread, fried rice and one cordial drink, no juice at all. The hotel could be much better with proper facility and service upgrade.
Restaurant Tip : Go try out the Ampera and Sampera outlet nearby. Don't forget to buy some brownies at KartikaSari next door.

Actually, the location is not so near to train station. If you want to go to outlet, you need to call a taxi. The room was old and should be re-decorated. However, the place was quiet. And the staff was nice and always supplied help. The breadfast is good espesially the fried noodle.

The list goes on and on..
I read many reviews of this hotel, but none of them were true! If you are a foreigner, good luck at trying to get them to speak any English, they don't!!! The rooms are very outdated. We got a room on the 3rd floor above the pool, and kids were in the pool at 6 am after morning prayer, it was ridiculous!!! We asked to move rooms and were put into a room that smelled like sewage. It was a cheap hotel, but you could spend a little more money and stay at another hotel. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone!!!
Hotel Feature Tip : Don't stay here at all!!! Too many noisy kids if you want any peace and quiet at all

Near to Train station and Can easily find get taxi and public transportation "Angkot"
Location are busy, and not much attractions nearby, Far from factory outlets.
We stay 2 nites in Mutiara and the room window facing walkway, so need to ensure the curtain always closed to keep your privacy. The food are poor and the coffee taste weird. The toilet is small but the towels are clean. There is no iron, the housekeeping will do for you with the half price of laundry. If you come to Bandung to shop in their factory outlets, Mutiara its not the right decision.
Restaurant Tip : If you like Sunda Food, there are one good restaurant nearby with a very good price!

a) helpful and friendly staff from the security personal, restaurant and front office
b) near to sartika sari shop and in front of main road
c) Few minutes walk to shopping complex and dining or restaurants
d) easy to take taxi and "beca"
a) poor room facilities eg. no usable plugs for charging handphone except in toilet, no battery for aircond remote control, unable to open window especially when smoking, no massage or reflexilogy offered
b) few choices of breakfast or meals
the hotel is located at the city and main road. no beautiful scenery and needs some improvement. room facilities should be improved much such as more plug can be used in order to boiling water or changing battery camera or handphones. should check all remote controls in order to ensure that it can be used. more variety of foods should be offered and upgrade facilities by offering massage, spa or refrexology services to customers. however, the staff services, helpful assistance and efficient works really covered the weaknessess of the hotel.
Shopping Tip : few minutes walk to Kartika Sari shops for buying "bandung Snack" and brownies, few minutes to R&R factory outlets and also few minutes walk to restaurant

The hotel is very near to Pasar Baru and factory outlet.
The condition of bathroom need improvement.
Mutiara Hotel is very near Pasar Baru. You can get angkutan to go there. Beside the hotel there also factory outlet. It is just walking distance from the hotel. The food at the hotel is very nice. The room is quite big from most hotel.I travel with my family of 5.So, we satisfied with the room. But the bathroom is small.I like the flowers around the hotel.

- hospitality of the staff
- the room is a bit small
-This was my second time to Bandung and also my second time staying in Mutiara Hotel. Why I choose this hotel again ? Obviously because the first time 1 was really satisfied with this hotel and the staff hospitality that's why i decided to come back again. It's also located nearby Pasar Baru in which all the shopping took place. It's also not difficult to get public transport and i was fortunate enough to have experienced taking 'Angkutan kota', in which it was not available in my home Country. If i ever comeback to Bandung definitely i will come back to Mutiara Hotel...
Shopping Tip : Need to bargain..

Location is great being just near to Bandung Train Station. Easily accessible to shopping areas especialy Pasar Baru where you can find heaps of stuff under one roof. Good place to stay if you are the type who just wants the room for the night and not stay in the hotel to relax, unwind or use hotel facilities.
Breakfast can be much improved.
I'm a traveller with 2 young children so I'm quite satisfied with my stay at Mutiara. It's good for the money worth. Apart from the breakfast menu there's nothing much else to be disappointed about. Overall it is recommended for travellers on a tight budget or those not fussy about the hotel's facilities.
Shopping Tip : If shopping is your thrill then just go to Pasar Baru where you can find everything under one roof. Its cheaper than the shops at Chihemplas. Food wise go to Dapur Ku which is a Sudanese Restaurant. Great food at very reasonable price.
