wide bathroom, nice parking space and friendly staff
unbelievable check-in counter, dirty carpet and weird atmosphere
amazing check in service, they told me the room is full when I came with my paid booking ticket. the room carpet was astonishingly dirty. far from perfect and I will never stay in that place ever again

Reliable Accor Hotels standard, friendly and efficient staff, clean and well equipped rooms, nice bathrooms, modern design and quite good location.
Feels like a European conference hotel. Breakfast was Rp90,000 so we ate outside. We had a look at the buffet lunch and were not impressed.
Having stayed at other hotels such as Sukajadi and Arion Swiss-Bel Hotel previously it was definitely worth the extra expense to stay at the Novotel. We booked two rooms, one double, one twin, both no smoking and we got exactly what we requested. The internet in the room was fast and free. I just wish that breakfast had been included in the price. I would definitely stay here again.
Shopping Tip : Just 15 minutes from Factory outlets, and 10 minutes to Jean Street. Not far from HSBC and other banks and commercial area.
