Location, excellent service and good food.

None

Good location and not too far from the airport. The staff was excellent, polite, helpful and friendly. Room service was very prompt and all requests were handled and executed very promptly and professionally. The rooms were also very nice. Having a gym and spa in the hotel was a definite plus, although the pool was rather small. All in all, Novotel Bandung was a good choice and provided a very pleasant stay.
