wide bathroom, nice parking space and friendly staff unbelievable check-in counter, dirty carpet and weird atmosphere amazing check in service, they told me the room is full when I came with my paid booking ticket. the room carpet was astonishingly dirty. far from perfect and I will never stay in that place ever again

Reliable Accor Hotels standard, friendly and efficient staff, clean and well equipped rooms, nice bathrooms, modern design and quite good location. Feels like a European conference hotel. Breakfast was Rp90,000 so we ate outside. We had a look at the buffet lunch and were not impressed. Having stayed at other hotels such as Sukajadi and Arion Swiss-Bel Hotel previously it was definitely worth the extra expense to stay at the Novotel. We booked two rooms, one double, one twin, both no smoking and we got exactly what we requested. The internet in the room was fast and free. I just wish that breakfast had been included in the price. I would definitely stay here again.
Shopping Tip : Just 15 minutes from Factory outlets, and 10 minutes to Jean Street. Not far from HSBC and other banks and commercial area.

- Good service provided by the staff when I can't find my driver while I wait at the lobby for a long time. - The toilet in my room where I stay can't flush at all. Call twice to the maintenance department to service it. The management should keep track the hotel are good in condition especially the toilet that are able to use. However, the housekeeping department have to make sure keep 2 sets of shower gel, shampoo, shower cap, and etc although it was a double room. By the way, the staff provide a good service and always give a greeting when see the customer.
Shopping Tip : Prefer go to shopping all around the shop especially 'Rumah Mode'. The shirts at there quite cheap and nice.

i love the atmosphere of the restaurant,the food of really fantastic,the staff is outstanding,really friendly i feel like at home.. bathroom should be improve. definitely would go back to the hotel again,i couldn't describe by words how friendly are the staff there.Service was really excellent.

3. Cleanliness of the room and the hotel I really enjoy my stay at Novotel. The location is strategic. It is just a walking distance to Cihampelas FO's and not very far to the city center. The room facilities is more than what I am expected. I recomend this hotel for those who are visiting Bandung.

Smoking room didn;t smell so nice I have stayed for 3 times @ Novotel Bandung. It's actually one of my favorite hotels in Bandung. It has a modern & clean ambience. Room is very spacious and clean. The only thing bothering me was the smell of the room as it was on a smoking floor. However I think they couldve at least put a room freshener or something to eliminate the odor. Other than that I found everything ok & nice, the hotel staff was also friendly and nice. And across the hotel you can find Circle K convinient store for your needs.

Good hotel with nice atmosphere and friendly and helpful staff... Entrance so narrow and short, we could have missed it... Overall a good hotel, we stayed for 3 nites with my children. Friendly and helpful staff but at day 3, we saw a bug (cockroach) and have filled up complaint about it, but no reply/response so far...

Room service was very prompt and all requests were handled and executed very promptly and professionally. The rooms were also very nice. Having a gym and spa in the hotel was a definite plus, although the pool was rather small. All in all, Novotel Bandung was a good choice and provided a very pleasant stay.
