Such a pretty location & great service from staff

padma hotel is located on a cliff and it has great views. a bit further off from the main attractions of the city, but the views are worth it. the features of the hotel such as the pool, the lounge area with real fireplace (not that it's that cold in bandung), the breakfast area and the room is what i would consider an 8. the staff is friendly and is very much willing to help you with any questions. breakfast, i thought, was pretty superb with a wide variety. although, the service was a little slow, but the food more than made up for it.

very nice hotel with good view. hotel provide free transport to ciwalk from 1830hrs and back to hotel @ 2100hrs. alot of shops and resturants near by. walking distance to factory outlet on the street of ciwalk, and very easy to get a cab there and is very cheap. there is a nice resturant name hotspot along ciwalk, must try it.

Love the warm & personalized service from the staff. The view from the rooms is facing is gorgeous as it is facing the mountain. On top of the normal pool they also have a heated pool which is excellent due to the cool weather. You can enjoy the beautiful mountain view & delicious food for breakfast.

We stayed in their twin bed room located on level 2 but we were upset cause the room smelt awful although we already informed the staff that we wanted a non smoking room. The toiletries provided by the hotel was a lot and it included hair dryer. It was a pleasant experience to have the hotel breakfast in their restaurants while enjoy the amazing hill view. We were even provided afternoon tea buffet in the restaurants too. Staffs were very polite and helpful too.

The hotel was located in the midst of a rain forest. Hence, the views were great and the weather was nice and cool. The service staff at the hotel provided a high level of service and the food served at the hotel was of a high standard. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to my friends.
