cleanliness, the breakfast The worst hotel we ever had. unavailable facilities in the hotel due to renovation. the bed were very small, the bathroom was very dirty, even my 2,5years daughter didnot want to take shower because of the dirty bath tub. not compatible with the price. just like a losmen. breakfast is awfull.. rice was dry and over heated, bread was very hard. we have complained to the front desk but they could not give us the solution. and the last, there were no mineral water in the room...

comfortable,value for money,excellent services from the staff. a part of building still in construction, no parking spaces. this hotel is in city center and near with several factory outlet and mall.we got excellent services from their staff. the room is comfortable and very recommended.
Shopping Tip : in front of terminal tas tangan.

Rooms ambience,clean & nicely decorated Breakfast, Water Heater, non-smoking floors/rooms & Internet Access. Widen the breakfast's menu. Water Heater need to be repaired. Non-smoking floors/rooms need to be provided. Easy connect to Wireless Internet Access anywhere in the room.
