We did not expect much from this hotel as our main trip is to go shopping and sightseeing. We were amazed at how friendly the staff are. The owner are always there to give friendly tourist advice and suggestions to places of attractions. Most guests in the house are also from malaysia.

staff are helpfull and friendly.breakfast were served at the room door upstair where the table is located--enjoyed so much the privacy.location is not bad ;mosque,shopping mall,restaurant are all within walking distance.easy to get public transport but massive traffic on the road is really something that you have to be patience with.
heard something running on the ceiling every night..rat maybe but it didn't scare us at all.perhaps to look into the hot shower and the airconditioner...not working properly.any way we enjoyed the stay.
Shopping Tip:
Shopping at Pasar Baru..you can get anything that you can think of,right up from children wear to jeans and jacket,lingeries and women fashion.Good bargainer can get really good price.Nasi Padang is just outside the Pasar Baru.

Near Factory Outlet and easy access to restaurant and the hotel provide wifi.

ideal location but small room
location is quite near to pasar baru,not that far as i thought.breakfast provided but one menu only,either nasi goreng with tea 'o' or mee goreng.other hot drink not available..

1. first day checked in the room quite small.noisy and not sound proof.night time had rat sound on the ceiling.wife scared and cannot sleep.cockroach fall down from aircond set,wife got really shock-nightmare.
2.second night changed room ,room quite ok.we can sleep nicely.
3.staff quite friendly.
4.the hotel should spent on carpet so that look more nicer than currently with tiles only.
5.overall rate 5 points.thank you.
