The service was good and we were upgraded to a much higher grade room without any extra cost because we are not happy with the room that we purchased from Agoda, so we asked the staff to upgrade the room with an extra cost, but when it was not available we were upgraded again at no extra cost. We are not happy with Agoda because we can get the room cheaper than what we have to pay from Agoda.

Maybe Getting Better Next Time

The hotel is actually an old one, and it's now under renovation. The lobby is under facelift progress now. Looks like it's going to be a more modern looked lobby.
We went here with the whole big family. We booked 2 different types of room. The Standard Garden Twin Bed room type is not yet renovated. So it's still gives an old hotel feels. For a 4 star hotel, I would say it didn't give a 4 star quality room if you look at the furniture, bathroom, TV, and also the bed.
However the Grand Deluxe room is already renovated. Bathroom, furniture, TV, and the bed were already changed with a new one.

The Hotel is rather old. The Standard Flat Twin Bed is spacey, but the shower, floor, bathroom, bed, tv, and furnitures are old. Among the few in our last stay, the shower and bathroom floor are simply disappointing. The breakfast has fair kinds, the quality of the food is ok.

I was staying there for 4 days. I would say the location is far from the city, a good place to rest.
Restaurant Tip:
Go 20 min drive to Lembang, would find a lot of restaurant there.

Its a nice hotel for family with young children traveller, because it has a very big nice clean garden, playground, fishing pond, and few animals like horse and deer. Very quite hotel, cold swimming pool, too cold to swim because its in a mountain with cold weather.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Close to pelabuhan ratu, karmel, hot spring, nice restaurants, etc

Great location with huge nice garden

The hotel area is in a huge nice landcaped garden with large parking area, cottages with nice walking track in between. Room is a bit old style but comfy, roomy, clean and tidy. It's quiet at night and offers reasonably good location. The breakfast was great and staff as they were kind enough to help.
Recommended Hotel.
