Great location but not well-maintain hotel

the location is good but the hotel looks like not well-maintain. the room is big but many dust on the top of the table. even the tv is not lcd yet. the breakfast was good enough but the restaurant looks a little bit dirty.

Good facilities and location, except the Cimbuleuit street was under renovation which was a bit annoying.
Parquette in the room needs to be renovated. Carpet on the corridor also .
Very long check in time : over 1 hour waiting for the room to be cleaned even though we arrived at 2 pm already.

Nice Hotel in North bandung

the hotel location is in jalan ciumbeuleuit -north bandung .it's surrounded by housing,minimarket,minishop,campus,restaurant.
we booked 3 rooms for a night but 1 room was smell bad so we request to change the room.the staff were so nice and helpful.
the room is big enough and we could slept well. breakfast was good and delicious.

The room is good and clean. But the hotel doesn't have much facilities. It makes us borred to stay more than one day. The toilet near the pool is so dirty. Breakfast food is good.

Big rooms with good room services

The room was very big and comfortable. As the hotel is on a hilltop, the view was also good. One can look at Bandung city from the window.
The wifi was strong and the choice of room-service menu was impressive.
The spa in the hotel is famous but i did not have the time to try it.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Be wary of taxi drivers that takes the long or "scenic" route. I took a taxi to the airport that the hotel got from me. I thought it was going to be ok as the concerige has spoken to the taxi but I was wrong. Using my smartphone, I could see that the taxi driver was taking a long and winding route, even back-tracking at times to the airport. A trip that should have taken 15minutes maximum took 30 minutes instead and that is after I told the taxi driver to stop wasting my time.
Personally, this experience has turned me off to visiting Bandung city ever again when there are much better places to spend my money on.
For all future travellers to Bandung, please be wary of such taxi drivers and only use reputable taxi companies.

Great location but need room improvement

the hotel is a bit old, especially the furniture. refurnishing the room might be a good idea, keeping up with the market competition other than affordable room rate.
please do upgrade the tube tv to something newer, doesn't even have to be smart tv or television with many cable stations. a simply led tv will provide a better viewing experience.
