on arrival staff were courteous and booking handled with attention to my needs . security in hotel to lifts for upper floors is by door... have press button to open and then go to lift . restaurant staff were very good each day . and made sure acquanted with run of area .. nice buffet breakfast .. and can order eggs and omelletes also .. very good overall . . very good spacious rooms and amenities .
location is away from a lot centres .. or city area . but taxi,s easy to get from reception staff .
i found this hotel to be very good in service from reception to restaurant staff.. When wanted any information on tours /trips where to go staff always tried to be helpful ..service and courtesy was very much part of the hotel policy . .i would recommend to any of my friends to stay here .. Very good room rate also there is not a lot of eating places nearby for dinner very limited . It is a very well known hotel and have no problem if call a taxi to take you there ..
Shopping Tip : Can get a taxi to shopping centers for various areas for outlets or to money changers .. .. Not expensive . But need to really know type you looking for as outlets are very much over the place .. I did not think outlets as good a shopping in thailand or malaysia .. But it depends on person .. And the outlet .. If have time and transport most probably can find some items .. I was just ,may be , a fussy traveller
