Comfortable hotel with great food
Clean room, great food, and good location

I really enjoyed staying at the hotel for two day conference. The hotel has clean room, great food, and is located near Bandung Trade Center. However, the staff were not very helpful. They let us carry our own baggage and did not offer any help. Furthermore, when my friend and I asked a staff to call for a cab, he refused while we had to catch a train. When we asked for the number of the taxi company, it took longer than I expected. The muslim prayer room was very uncomfortable at the basement. It seemed neglected. The staff were not that understanding to offer us help.

Have a nice night in the highest floor, big room but the room have a small bathroom. And somewhere dusty. The coach is little bit dusty but its ok..

Amazing hotel in city centre
Friendly staff, Nice brekfast, and near shopping centre

I booked super deluxe room in this hotel. But when checked in, it was upgraded to Family suite. The room was large with city view. Many restaurants around this hotel. Shopping centres like Paris van java, Cihampelas Walk just 15 minutes driving from this hotel. Superbb
