All staff are really helpfull and their will do lot of things for you in order to overcome the hotel weakness. 5.3 Your will love to stay here because of the staff, the entire building really need a major renovation as its look really old. Wall painting is off due to wet weather, funiture are look old and insect u can find in the rooms. Travel tip: The hotel is far away from any others attraction area but its in the hill with a great view. From the hotel to main attraction area such as jalan dago, jalan ciampelas, jalan riau and the main town u need to take taxi with in 15-30min max so it not a big deal. Only things is after 10pm its really hard to get taxi from here to town.

It is true that it's quite difficult to reach the hotel if you don't bring your own vehicle. But all in all the service is good, the room is nice, but the light in the bathroom might need to be changed. Don't pick a room with connecting door because you can hear your neighbor's activity.
