The stay was good. Room was spacious and bed was comfortable. One problem. Cockroach. We found a cockroach in the room when we got back in the evening. Think they have to do pest control before it becomes an infestation

The rooms are very spacious. Hotel staff are very friendly. Service is very promptly given. The only drawback is lack of wifi in rooms, tho free wifi is available in the hotel lobby. A great hotel to stay. Its clean. The hotel is abit old with some visible cracks on walls.... If i have to be very critical. But overall it was a great stay and will definitely be back there again.

Disappointing and Bad Service

I booked 2 superior rooms for my family and in-laws. We reached the hotel around 1pm local time. Was denied registration and was advised check-in time is 3pm. There were no appropriate storage of luggage for safekeeping till our return. We were told to leave our luggage with the bellhop. We decided to bring along our luggage, had our lunch and came back to the hotel at 3pm. Only 1 room was ready for us to check-in. About an hour later, the 2nd room was ready but I was not informed. I have to personally make my way to reception and demand the room. The staff were snobbish and didn't apologize for the delay. There was no proper handing over of staff during the change of shift which led to the room check-in delay. There's no WIFI in the rooms except the lobby. The only access to internet is via the LAN cable available in the room. Stated "Free WIFI in all rooms" is a mistake. The hotel is good for travellers with less attention to comfort and service... Overall ok ok only

half an hour to airport.
swimming pool is small but not bad. It is ok.
have a gym as well. hotel is good to stay for all people. business as well as leisure.

Rooms are quite large and very comfortable but a little dated. Has a great swimming pool. Located near all of the bars in Nagoya so good for nightlife. Would stay there again without doubt.

th building was pretty old, but thts not a major issue. th aircon was terrible! it wasnt cold at night and th hotel staff insisted tht th temperature was alright and could not do anyth abt it. in fact, i'd say tht th corridor was much cooler. wifi was terribly slow. and its only available in th lobby. bad. would try another hotel nxt time when i visit batam.
