Great disappointment for a 4 star hotel
The deluxe rooms and hotel lobby spacious and clean.

Not a good stay for us. Very disappointed with the staff at d hotel restaurant. Breakfast really bad plus no seats available & no effort made to add more tables & chairs although so many guests are standing & waiting for place to sit.
Gym equipments are rusty and swimming pool not as big as shown in the internet.
Even d staff at the exit door pretty nasty when we ask for cab to terminal. Overall. the staffs in the hotel should learn to be more polite & courteous.
Although it's about 15 mins to Nagoya Hill but the path is not suitable for elderly & children in pramns.
Try to avoid the food place right beside the hotel as their price is a daylight robbery. Much cheaper to eat in a restaurant. They must hve purposely strangle our pockets knowing we are tourists. Worst, their food tasteless.

Great location in the center of Nagoya
The hotel is located in the center of Nagoya (10 mins by taxi from the ferry terminal). There are restaurants and a shopping mall nearby. Free internet (by cable) available in the room.
