Comfortable, clean and easy assessable

It was a pleasant stay. It was my first time staying in this hotel and was very please with it.
The hotel location was just next to the ferry terminal and therefore it had one of the best location in batam. I do not need to travel in shuttle services and I could just walked to the hotel beside the terminal.
Opposite the hotel is a Megamall which serve as a good hangout should you need some starbuck fix or purchase some snack at the Hypermart. Overall, it was a nice and relaxing stay. Will come back again next time.

a very satisfying trip

we were there to celebrate my bf's birthday. i really want to take this chance to compliment their service, all the staff are very attentive and friendly. when we were both swimming in the pool. we don't know where to get their pool towels but we just bring along our towels from the room. after the staff noticed that, he put 2 fresh towels there for us. all the guests are greet with a welcome drink upon check in. they even have a live band performing in the lobby at night, singing all sort of songs, even hokkien, that's really entertaining. my bf get them to sing the song he wants. and there's some hawker along the street just in front of the hotel serving really delicious sate and indomie goreng. we had 3 plates of those. i would highly recommend my friend to stay in this hotel. we had so much fun there. i can probably say its the best hotel stay ever. even though is not the most expensive hotel we stayed in.
but i do wish that they improve their english language skill. As we both having hard time understanding them during check in. And for the check in, Information on my booking confirmation said i can either present an electronic copy. so i downloaded the file to my phone, and its not accepted for the check in. i was asked to send that to their email. that's really a hustle, but luckily i did print out a copy of that. so makes check in easier. note to people who are ordering coffee in the hotel. mentioned to them if you want a black coffee or with milk. because when my bf order a iced coffee that he expected with milk came a black coffee. haha. and my mixed fruit juice are warm, that's weird. and i hope you can do something about the water pressure in your room too. i know no hotels are perfect but these are my view. still i really like my stay there. will definitely come back again in future.
