Clean hotel in good location
Good location, clean, reasonable price

We had a clean and comfortable room although we were a bit disappointed when the person in Front desk wanted to give us the single bed joined together instead of King bed as what we had booked. Luckily finally we got what we want. The pool was also quite good designed although it was small and the water was not that clean (they made a temporary wood platform for their band to perform on the top of the pool the day before).
If you try to find cab fare information for your transportation there, please check online through other travelers’ information. The staff on the hotel lobby usually will say higher price than what it should be. For example when I asked how much the taxi fare from hotel to Golden seafood 555, the staff told me it’s around 70,000 rupiah, while when I flag a cab, the cab’s driver offered me opening price for 60,000. I followed some advise from other travelers to bargain 50,000, and I got it easily. I believe 50,000 is already tourist’s cab fare yet the hotel staff telling me more than that.
So, basically I just feel that the staff there are not so trustworthy, although I did like the hotel great location and cleanliness. It’s just next to Batam centre ferry terminal and opposite to mall and department store. So, this hotel is still really worth staying.:)

Comfort the tired soul. for
It has to be Staff. They are cheerful, friendly and wonderful disposition. I also love the spacious room with a beautiful ocean view. The hotel was also accommodatin to my request of a high floor room
