Nice resort for a "get-away"
Quiet, BBQ Grill Dinner at the Cafe, Swimming Pool

Friendly Staff, Peaceful Location. There were some hiccups about the WiFi though but nothing too serious. Safe box ran out of battery but was quickly fix.
Shopping Tip:
The Resort includes shuttle service to the Town area.

Loved the service and quiet atmosphere. We stayed for three days and was occupied most of the time and weren't bored at all. It wasn't all too crowded neither was it totally alienated. This hotel is perfect for golfers. Batam hill
golf course is 10 minutes away. also waterfront
ferries is walking distance for singapore

Nice hotel but location is out of nowhere.
Big room, well maintained enivronment given the age of the hotel

The hotel is located far away from city center. it will take 30mins to 45mins ride to reach city but hotel do provide shuttle service, however, guest must return from the same drop-off point. Anyway, taxi fare from city to hotel is reasonable.

actually nice hotel,even if when check in need take time almost 15 minutes...and then when i call to the operator the voice was like she angry and he pass to receptionist, and nobody pick up the phone...
until someone pick up and suddenly they just put it back...
wow..
room was nice...
restaurant also nice...

Nice hotel close to ferry terminal
Very close to terminal, good facilities

It was a nice stay, Just wanted to get away from the daily work. Good getaway, swimming pool is nice and I liked the spa. Friendly staff and overall it is a nice hotel compared to the price. Would recommend this hotel for people for a day or two away from the daily routine

Good atmosphere, not good for equipments in the room, not good in the service of staffs at the check-in desk.
When I check-in, they are so much waiting time, they even serve the guy who came after me first, what the service is it.
Once I checked-in and move my tired body in my room, the drinks in freezer exploded itself, try to explain to the staffs, but they cannot understand. Finally, manager send me a housekeeping and engineer to my room, and they did a good job and solved the problems as well.

Excellent hotel just under 1hr away from SG

Hotel with one of the best service and spa I've come across. It just amazes me that it's just a ferry away to find such a haven. The staff are always smiling and sincere in helping you. Though the spa services at the hotel are pricier than at city, it's definitely worth a try. Great that they have shuttle service to and fro the ferry terminals and city shopping area.
