Jus returned from short weekend getaway with a few girlfriends. the front-desk staff were polite and patient, the concierge were helpful even with the ferry booking . We requested for connecting rooms before arriving and we were glad that arrangements were prepared for us. The rooms and toilets were immaculate and clean, though the musky smell can be improved. The toiletries were very basic and not of gd quality.The water pressure in the bath was very strong. Breakfast was decent with the usual egg station, toast, rice & porridge, a mini japanese selection of miso soup & condiments. However, if you go too late , the foods does refilled

Lovely hotel and service with smile

Have a great stay at the hotel, friendly staff...Breakfast adequate...... overall very pleasant hotel.. will come back again..
Travel tip:
Do not take taxi from the hotel. walk to nagoya hill and take the taxi from there..the hotel staff failed to infrom eventhough the hotel taxi use meters, there is a charge of 25 thousand Rupiahs on top of the meters fare...

This is my 3rd time staying with i hotel @ batam. I always feel happy with everything during mybstay with i hotel. The reception staffs are friendly and v patient cos my friends were always confused with the no of zeros for rupiah. I got no complaints with the room at all. theres a back alley to link to nagorya hill and to our favorite place at eska, making it safer for us. No doubt i will defintely stay with this hotel again. oh before I forget the buffet breakfast is a just thumps up!!!! its just 10sgd for a hotel breakfast with a wide spread for u to choose.. and theres free wifi, but just that the network is always not stable. Nevertheless its a awesome stay with ihotel @ batam!!
