I would not stay here again.
Near to the big shopping mall and food street which operates at night. Quality of hotel is poor. Air- con not cold enough and heater is not always working.

As returning guests, this stay was by far the most disppointing. Room Service were poor. A twin sharing setting with toiletries meant for one. Inform Front Desk & Housekeeping and nothing was done. Poor air conditioning and could hear noises from the AHU outside the corridor ceiling the entire period. At 8am breakfast spread were closed to empty and not replenished for most of the dishes. On check-out, while waiting to collect our cash deposit, was told that we need to pay for the other room which is ridiculous and it only after the third explanations that they finally understood to raise the so-called non-payment . And after causing this commotion, not a single word of apology for the inconvenience cause.

Old and needs a facelift

The hotel was not our first choice but had to settle for it as the other hotels in the area were fully booked. The hotel and facilities were obviously old and needs a facelift but the rate was reasonable. The staff at the front desk and conceige were friendly and helpful and made the stay slightly more bearable. However at breakfast the kitchen was slow in relenishing the buffet items even though it was only 8:30am. I suppose the high occupancy rate may have been a factor.

1) Hotel location is stone throw away to Batam Hill Shopping Centre. 2) Hotel resonably cheap. 3) Hotel staffs quite freindly.

Convenient only!
