Very near to habourbay terminal, friendly staffs

Stay for 2 nights. Fast check in. Staff were friendly and helpful. Service was ok but cabin room too small for me. Bathroom was rather small and poor lighting in hotel room itself. There was strain on the floor in bathroom. Thought management need to review overall cleanliness of hotel. Breakfast was not as delicious as what we expected but generally ok, egg station is good. Hotel has all facilities and spa, massage service is good. Overall ok, worth for price.
Shopping Tip:
near to nagoya mall, 30,000rp by taxi (5-10 mins). wey wey sea food at harbourbay is good and delicious with reasonable price. seafood count in back of hotel is nice interms of location and food although little bit overprice.

Reception and housekeeping friendly, however drivers need to step-it-up. Cabin room size acceptable but some aircon hiccups. Room toilets disappointing, no bathtub and cramp just like boxed-in feeling. Breakfast western spread not up to mark of 4star, egg station the only better exception. Swimming pool and jacuzzi, huge discotheque are plus points. Overall, good for short stay only

the hotel was old. the club was weird... huge caverous space, very dark (and empty) and the music was so loud I couldn't hear myself think. Staff was friendly though.

best hotel ever stay in batam.....outstanding lobby for a 4 star hotel..... 72 seafood is just about 5 min drive and the harbour bay is also nearby just that the shopping mall is abit far butit is ok unless u hav old pple with u.....

Nightlife Tip:
Do not have to go far for disco. Right at ground floor is one of the largest disco in Batam. With condition that you enjoy techno music.

hotel is very near harbourbay ferry terminal. breakfast was best

booked through agoda.com, and saw this 4star hotel which is cheap and it comes with breakfast for 2. we arrived early and days before the trip i had made a request through this website to pacific palace hotel for early check in if possible.. surprising my request was met and i checked in at 1030!! gteat service! breakfast was good esp. the eggstation it wsd made on the spot, variety of food is okay overall i think its worth with amnt that we are paying.
minus point is that hotel does not have bathtubs, need to upgrade.
Shopping Tip:
Taxi at batam does not have metres, so its best if you check out the avearage price and negotiate with the driver. Shopping malls like nagoya n bcs shld be no more than 30000RP per trp frm pacific palace hotel..

the hotel service is good. it is a good place for relaxation. the price for massage is very reasonable. shopping centres is within walking distance around 8min. the hotel is suitable for both the old and young. everything is very convenience except for the wifi connection.
