Worst Breakfast Ever .
I came down at 8am breakfast was so disappointed as mostly all gone n restaurant take no innaciative to TOP up the food so I just had what's around me like bread n butter or maybe a strawberry jam
Cont.restaurant was really slow service while topping up the food and the funny things it's Chinese New Year and the hotel management know how to charge extra as its was new year but don't know how to give a special breakfast or an extra service to make guest feel more comfortable or feel special in our stay . Water in the room turn off n on slow running water I have to call n call to inform them why is my room water is slow than its turn out to be normal again . I have been a regular in Swissbel inn for so Long since its name not Swissbel inn but too sad to say service always turn out to be no changes . So fr my point of view in any hotel or shall I say Service industry there are no bad crew only bad leaders so I Guess the GM is just a sleeping GM . As a hotel manager or management if you know how to charge extra due to Chinese New Year or any festive Seasons so I Guess you should have prepare somethings additional or some special menu for yr breakfast so as to be fair to yr GUEST . Everyday people change n hotels service are getting better and better but sorry to say swissbel inn your management is getting fr bad to worst , when you charge we as a guest pay any amount but where are your service towards guest ! I think the answer Lies in your higher management hand. Best Wishes Mr Mohd Riduan

Good facilities but still need more upgrading to other facilities. Not too near to nagoya mall, need taxi because around hill side/ have good restaurant next to the hotel, local food.

I was definitely very very disappointed by its cafe staffs.The staffs definitely are getting poorly trained by their manager.Went down to have breakfast at 9.30 & almost all foods have finish n staffs n even the manager doesn't bother to check n make top up as there were still guests coming in to have breakfast.drinks were diluted when I ask for some noodles from the standby chef.He just didn't bother about me n just to me to wait.waited 15min n saw later guests were having noodles while my request were still not cooked..I'm a frequent guest at this hotel n my stay is always let down by swissbelinn cafe staffs almost every breakfast time at swissbelinn cafe is a satisfactory or a disappointing experience. Its not worth waking up n experiencing a bad morning just for breakfast...
