Great place to stay for a small family. The rooms were clean, the staff friendly and room service prompt. The swimming pool was quiet, clean, private and great for my young daughter. They made changes to the breakfast everyday which showed they were making the effort and above all it was nice. The hotel was quiet but with easy access to the Nagoya shopping Mall. Several taxis were always on standby hand when we were there. Taxi fares are also reasonable. Yes would go again.

The view from the hotel mostly are of walls and aircon ledge.. other den dat, the friendly staff made up for the lack in class.. location not good also.. mist take cab to everywhere...

We had Free upgrading of room when we checked in at 3pm after shopping. Very Near to Nagoya shopping mall. Staff were very friendly and best of all, they speak good english. Nice food in the restaurant. The ambience is very nice.Til now, Swiss Belinn is the best hotel i ever came across in batam, and i will definitely go back for stay.Well Done, Swiss Belinn!

Great hotel stay. Initially when checked in was given an apartment room, beautifully decorated with bathtub. But requested to change to smoking room instead. Breakfast was good during stay. Swimming pool was under utilised as we are the only couple uses it during our stay. Reception was excellent. Great location & near Nagoya. Worth every penny.

The air-con is not powerful enough. There is no safety deposit box in the room. The breakfast is reasonable good. Unfortunely,some rooms are with no windows.
