Honestly speaking, after we arrived there for a night, we start feeling bored..the entertainment that we get is only playing at the beach and pool. There are some restaurants and cafes in the resort, but they charge the food too expensive..i think it's because it's far to go anywhere outside the resort,there is no a really good restaurant outside there..so we have no choice to buy food in the restaurant of the resort..i think You better prepared some instant noodles if you are planning to stay there..

The resort is beautiful.. you can play in a nice beach, and the swimming pool is good too.. We have booked superior room,and the room is really nice, clean, and neat. For you who can play golf, i think it would be satisfied to play in there..

Everything is too expensive there! We really get sick of it..We prefer eat instant noodle most of the day we staying there than buying in the restaurant.. Fyi, there is no a really great shopping place in Bintan..and it's far to go anywhere..so you would feel like staying in a prison..I think they should improve the shopping place..and please dont charge too expensive if it's not worth that cost..

• Shopping Tip : if you wanna buy snacks or souvenirs, it's better for you to go to pasar oleh2..well there's no many choices there but at least it would not as expensive as in the resort.. If you are planning to have Mangrove tour, you can go to Pasar oleh-oleh and Kampung Lagoi right after the tour because Pasar oleh-oleh and Kampung Lagoi are near to the Mangrove area..but dont expect too much because the things sold over there are not really interesting..

Many kinds of restaurants, big swimming pool and private beach, and 2 x 18 holes great golf courses.

Stayed in a standard room. Bathroom is a little shabby and bed matress was too firm.

Little choice on restaurants. Food tastes bad. Water sports are expensive. Massage is expensive too. Not much activities choice during da stay in da resort. They show nth on my b'day.

The shuttle bus is convenient however the hotel seems to deliver you to the ferry terminal too early. The hotel is a bit old but the room is reasonable. Number of restaurant is OK as well as food qualtiy. The price at the restaurant is not low although buffet quality is reasonable. The beach is very nice and water sports facilities is OK. May be the hotel should arrange more shuttle bus to and from the ferry terminal to avoid long waiting time. Overall speaking, it worths to stay.

My stay was only 2days 1 night. I truly enjoyed the serenity n vast greenery however the staff quality was a bit sad. They didnt show enthusiasm in greetings n not very cheerful. The water fountain outside kopitiam restaurant looked so green and yucky when i faced it to have my meals. On the other hand, the swimmimg pools were great n the idea of many restaurants gave me a good choice of food selection. Room looked a bit old but clean. I will be back again as it was affordable n peaceful.

The rooms were nice, good value for the price that we were paying. Got a great balcony and the rooms were of a good size and has a great view overlooking the pool. My personal opinion is that Nirwana is better as they have all the free shuttle services, although the rooms are not as nice. the pool and beach is definitely nicer at nirwana as well. Bintan Lagoon is good for the service and breakfast, more calming and relaxing, but go for nirwana if you want something more convenient

Located in a special zoned area locals are not allowed in (except workers). The closest city is almost 2 hours away! The food is good but gets boring. Rooms are spacious. Great relaxation place and value for money but not recommended for long stays. A few days tops.

Nice complete hotel with almost everything you need. Rooms, restaurants, large pool, water & land sports, recreation area, massage, spa, karaoke lounge and night club with live band. A very safe place.

No where else to go or see. Not a house in site.

BINTAN GOLF TOUR at BINTAN LAGOON RESORT HOTEL Guest Rating: 3.2

It was nice to have a champion golf course in 5 min. walk from the hotel. The price was also attractive including breakfast buffet. However, we were assigned in the next room to the stock room where many of your staff came in and out. So it was so noisy even night time.

Cost performance is good, and the golf club is located in 5 min. walk from the hotel.

The room not facing ocean was with much moisture. It may be better to dry the room when it is sunny.
