Average, It is convenient as there is a Shuttle bus from the ferry. However, We was late for the shuttle bus when we are going back (due to the taxi driver) and staff from the resort send our luggage to the ferry terminal without consent. Other than that, it is okay.

Rooms are very dated, old and dirty looking linen, doors and windows have gaps so the air conditioning doesn't work very well. Didn't feel very safe there, there was absolutely no one around (maybe everyone else left too!?). We left almost straight away and stayed at the neighbouring hotel , was happy to pay an extra . Wouldn't recommend.Well overdue for a make over.

My first to go Bintan Island.. And Purposely book this cabana resort just to feel more like "Village Stay". Quiet scenery, clean room, (cant expect more like e hotel if u r not scared or ticklish on it). Friendly staff, which they willingly to help you around with alots of question that we asked. And such a big resort, nodoubt you r staying at the cabana but you can go around the other resort enjoy the facilities and take thier shuttle bus they provided. Good activities, when down to thier Pasar ole-ole, Had our dinner over at one of thier restaurant that is the "Kelong". It was superb! Nice food, scenery and is e bit expensive for two person. But im prepared cause getting to know from friends that this island only take SGDollars.. so Cant complaint much about it. They provide a service "In Room Massage" for 24hrs when i there.. it was gd... after thier massage i went straight to LaLa Land... Overall i was happy with the stay and did enjoy myself over there...
Shopping Tip:
no doubt this island only accept sgd, but bring abit on rupiah. cause u cant excpected to be at one place that they accept rupiah and it is very cheap... cause i bum to this kampong that is only accept rupiah for our lunch and we do spent our gocerious to bring back to our room.

Accommodation was pretty ok close to beach
Hotel is great for couples and the whole place Bintan is clearly best for couples.

Hotel is close to beach and it has the breakfast in the main building. Breakfast was very good with multiple choices of fruits and everything. Hotel service is good as well. There is no nightlife in Bintan and it's totally planned for couples or to families. Main city is very far away from beaches, around one hour to drive. In beaches there are some watersport activities available but the price level is very high. Actually the whole place is very expensive to take into account it's Indonesia. But after all, place is good for relaxing and doing nothing.
Nightlife Tip:
Small disco bar in Nirwana main building (same building in which breakfast is served).

Great basic accommodation with excellent service

I was travelling with a group of mates and we had traveled to the Nirwana Gardens Resort last time which was great. This time we were looking to save a little more on the accommodation while maintaining the same experience and the Nirwana Beach club was perfect for that. The accom was definitely not 5 star but the service and experience was.

It was an ok rm. Tv was old & small. Room was clean but a bit dusty. Wish there was kettle.
Restaurant Tip:
If u are on a budget. Eat at the makan makan food court by taking the shuttle bus. La Luna expensive, but my cousin like the potato jacket serve there.

Nice hotel but poor location

The hotel is quite far from the jetty (from Malaysia boat) and the transport is not convenience.
The view of hotel is good but the 花费 is quite high. Eg. A fried noodle is worth SGD 30++
the hotel is far away from tanking pinang city, it is about 100 km away.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Must try the massage , it is about SGD 88++ 2 hours it is not bad.
