nice view and near to beach

The service is ok. environment is nice and very close to the beach. The swimming pool is super! in room facility (Delux) is more than adequate.
Downside:
Wireless internet is very very slow.
In room facility is a bit old esp toilet.

we were pleasantly welcomed by a cultural dance and drinks as we reached the hotel.the staff was friendly and helpful.room was clean and nice.the in room massage service was great and cheap.the baby pool was a bit dirty though.there was also a playground for the kids.breakfast buffet was also great.would stay there again.
Travel tip:
Need not convert money to Indonesian rupiah as they accept Singapore dollar

Good hotel for relaxation

it a nice and quiet hotel in bintan. not a very convenient place to travel around on that island as taxi services are not readily available.
the hotel is comforable, the room is big even though it is a little run down. there are quite a number of restaurants within the hotel. there is also free shuttle service to a kelong restaurant.

we just stayed two days in order to get out of singapore and we really enjoyed the time. the hotel was worth the money. nice staff and god breakfast. just the room was to the back side and quite average.

The facilities are good supported by excellent customer service.
Food in the restaurants is relatively expensive as you are too far from the city - no choice for shopping.
Beach is good with good view of the ocean.
Recommend it for family trip.

Been here a few times, but it occurred to me that the room is relatively standard and the price paid is higher than the actual value. The facilities are good and loads of entertainment, but at an extra price again. Just not really worth it. Breakfast is poor!

there is different kinds of food available including local food, the western food and chinese style food also, the bintan beer tastes special and not very strong. the hotel is near the beach, you can walk along the beach. but please be careful the tar on the beach.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
The mangrove is a must-to-go.
