Nice beach
Close proximity to many restaurants
Great service by staff Very friendly staff together with beautiful beach made my stay a very comfortable and enjoyable experience. The rooms are clean but not exceptional. Spa was excellent and very relaxing and reasonably priced although the relax time (period where you relax by yourself) seems a bit long. All the good restaurants tends to be in Banyan Tree resort but it is very easy to get to so no problem there. All in all, it was enjoyable stay.

Hotel was alright for a small place like Bintan. Coming from Singapore it's a nice weekend spot getaway. Typical resort with all the features one would expect. Staff is friendly, rooms are alright but not exceptional. Breakfast buffet offers only limited variety. Could be improved. Children enjoy the pool area but the beach is not so nice, water does not look very inviting.
