Lovely renovated room
Beautifully kept surrounding gardens/grass
Hubby loved the golf courses
The beach bar was under construction.
Really terrible over priced pizza from their italian restaurant - it was so tasteless we couldn't eat it.
It was easy from the moment we left the ferry - a lagoon resort bus was waiting to transport us to the hotel - very quick and easy. We booked a deluxe sea-view room, but very quickly realised that it would be much nicer on the bottom floor with the deck chairs stretching on to the surrounding grassy area (which is the deluxe garden-view room). The garden view room is cheaper and is much nicer in our opinion. The inside is exactly the same but you also have deck lounges and you can see more of the sea from this room than from the sea-view room! So we didn't understand this at all. We simply requested to move to a garden-view room even though we had paid for the sea-view room.
Other than this staff were very pleasant and accommodating. The breakfast was good, pool was nice.
We rented bikes and rode the designated 'bike track' they have which is pretty dismal so we took the bikes out on to the road which passed by the golf courses, which was pleasant.
Overall a very pleasant stay, food and drinks were quite expensive, especially for Indonesia, but this was at a resort on Bintan, so what can you expect?
Nightlife Tip : Ask for the house-pour spirits, they're half the price of normal pours, so it's great if you're wanting a boozy night.

Good Room, Clean and I like the idea of having a raised floor in the room. The bathroom are very clean and looks new.
The room safe is not usable
The nearest shoopping area is at Lagoi and the Pasar Oleh Oleh. We were inform that the shops at Pasar Oleh Oleh do actually provide pick up and return transportation free of charge if u either go for a massage or eat are their restaurant. But unfortunately for Bintan Lagoon Resort, they are not allowed to do pick up for whatever reason the resort doesn't allow them to enter. So we have to get a private taxi to go to Pasar Oleh Oleh by ourselves which cost us SGD 22.

Great pools for kids ,close to Singapore for weekend getaway
Isolated with no real access to Indonesian life ,wine expensive at 100 + SGD for 20 dollar bottles?? They seem to have ongoing problems with toilet blockages ,air con ,showers etc ...why else do they along with the 'do not disturb ' sign have printed signs for fixing all of the above .....i had problems with all 3 of the above very annoying when not fixed and rooms slow to be cleaned
A little expensive for what it is but great location for a short trip from Singapore .Breakfast selection good but unless you're early feels more like a Butlins rush to get fed .Pools were nice but careful on the beach as sand flies a big problem ,for me anyhow bitten close to 30 times .
